Very consistent coffee and team cheerfulness! The cleanliness of the tables is the only thing keeping my review from being a 5-star. The tables are often sticky. Understandable, since this is a very busy location, still a bummer.

Wonderful little coffee shop and I'm glad I went here opposed to anything else. Would recommend it over the typical brand (starbucks). Service was incredible and everyone was super friendly.

One of the most consistent Caribou locations in the SLP area. I've never had any issues with a drink here (that I remember, at least), which isn't something I can say about most locations! It's clean, staff are attentive, and service is quick. Very cozy interior, too. One of my favorite places to do some work.

I ordered a smoothy. Like I've done a hundred times at other Caribou Coffee's.

I received a liquid with almost no ice. That didn't even taste like what I ordered.

2nd time I've been to this location. Both times not very good customer service, can't make a carmel latte. Couldn't taste carmel or the expresso. I asked her to add a little more carmel she pumps too much now it's too sweet. She has terrible customer service, I got the same girl each time I went in. Maybe we should leave a tip after the service, because I wouldn't have left one! Now I can't even drink the latte. 2nd time your out! I'll stick with Starbucks.

I ordered the Turkey Provolone sandwich and the cheese and tomato was melted on one side of the sandwich. The counter top where I picked up my order was grossly dirty with spilled coffee. I made a comment about the counter being dirty to the employee. I didn't get a response from her. I tipped them. As I was leaving the employee had an attitude with me by her body language. Honestly, I was in my work attire and my feeling was she thought I was a privileged white women. So tired of it!! I work hard for everything I have and for an employee to prejudge me is ridiculous.

I ordered a cranberry energy with coconut cold foam. It’s supposed to be sparkling/carbonated, but instead it tasted like a cup of sugar syrup. It was thick and not sparkling/had no carbonation. Considering the cost, it was very disappointing. I had the Starbucks barista pour it down their sink when I went there to get a good beverage instead of whatever mistake the Caribou employees made.
