I ordered a cranberry energy with coconut cold foam. It’s supposed to be sparkling/carbonated, but instead it tasted like a cup of sugar syrup. It was thick and not sparkling/had no carbonation. Considering the cost, it was very disappointing. I had the Starbucks barista pour it down their sink when I went there to get a good beverage instead of whatever mistake the Caribou employees made.

I had this feeling once I walked up to this location and saw the faded logo and the state of the mall that it was in that this store would be lower quality than the usual gold standard that CC presents.
They were out of the lumberjack sandwich, out of the sausage egg cheese biscuit, out of cake pops, and the barista couldn't tell me about which kind of roasts were available for black coffee.
I'm team Caribou all the way, but this location needs to be up to standards.
