A used their app to order some food ahead of time.
I used the table service option so all I had to do is go into the app, order my food, and go inside and put what table number I sat at.
It was very easy to do this the Chick-fil-A app!!!
It is the EASIEST app to use, especially compared to ANY OTHER fast food restaurant app
There was a simple app layout ,easy to understand.
The food was delivered quick and fresh and all the employees are very kind and courteous and they work hard, and the restaurant is nice inside as well.
There's also a perfect size Playland inside that is kept clean.
It Is a good Chick-fil-A to stop by,
🌈and for those who do not go to Chick-fil-A because it is not an inclusive restaurant (and they have had beliefs) in the past that make people not feel welcome , but as far as I know they have changed their views on that, and that it makes me like them, and it makes me want to go there now. Whereas before I refused to go there. But since they have become more open-minded and fair to all that makes me want to be a patron to their business.🌈
Kid-friendliness: There is a clean Playland inside
Chick-fil-A is the best! Great food, incredible service, cool kids playground. This is no different! Good location, it's pretty busy, and the parking lot is somewhat of a challenge to navigate, but they treat you right and serve delicious food. Will be back!

Worst and weirdest customer service I ever had at this knollwood location. The woman who brought my order on my drive through didn’t even say a single word. Nor did she respond when I said hi to her. The rate is based on service and atmosphere. Had to post review before getting home to eat.

Line out the door with one cashier and several ppl working. Finally another cashier comes and then the other leaves to go get ice. Idk in my 15+ years of customer service that doesn’t align with what I’ve been taught. Then don’t get the sauce I asked for so I just left without it. Thanks Timberwolves.

Came at 7am on a Wednesday. We were greeted immediately, given recommendations with a smile. Felt welcome and ready for breakfast. Appreciate how clean and courteous the restaurant was.

All the employees are really nice and friendly. Their service is outstanding.! We never get this kind of treatment in any other fastfood. Overall great experience.
We ordered salads to eat while getting ready at our hotel for my wedding. None of the salads came with any of the salad dressing that was ordered, we called back and no one answered for over half an hour. Once I got ahold of someone she told me that salad dressings are complimentary and not part of the salad so there was nothing they could do. We were already in hair and makeup once the situation was discovered so we were unable to return to the restaurant. So multiple salads were wasted and we were unable to eat while getting ready. I understand things happen but it seems silly to me that the dressing and salad don’t go together.
