Welcoming bartenders! Amazingly crafted cocktails! The BEST whiskey sour and the old fashioned was also very well done! Came back for mocha martinis to end the night...hands down the best decision! 5 stars!!!

Great selection of cocktails and amazing service. The cocktail menu is exhaustive. There's something for everyone. The space is very cute. Our wait staff was amazing. I got the "rhymes with orange" drink and it was phenomenal. Not a big food menu but we got the warm pretzels and the mustard that came with it was delicious.

Not much of a food menu, you can bring your own or order delivery, which is what we did. Came to catch us with a girlfriend and my bartenders were so nice and friendly. It wasn’t too busy when i was there but i enjoyed the atmosphere. Recommend for a chill night, seem light a low key place for some quality conversations and good time.
Ahhh one thing, the mirror in the ladies bathroom was sooo funny, please please change the mirror

Copperwing has an incredible offering of neat pours, cocktails and knowledgeable/passionate staff. I highly recommend their rum, bourbon and malt whiskey expressions. I went for the tour and tasting and stayed to sample some cocktails. The owner hosted my tour and his passion for his work was obvious. He shared interesting details of the process and the history behind the Copperwing brand and details of the steps behind developing their spirits. The cocktails and pizza I had were all phenomenal. I was really impressed with speedy service and welcoming attitude of the bartenders. I was also delighted by the selection of non-alcoholic cocktails that used the same premium ingredients as many of the spirit-based cocktails, but were clearly designed to be balanced to stand on their own.

Tour was great, cocktail range was amazing - we only had one drink as we generously sipped on the tour. The bottled Negroni was a very interesting, tasty, and complex blend. My wife loves the citrus notes in the gin and we’re anxious to sample the bottled Downtowner as well as the other bottles we purchased?
