Copperwing Distillery

Expected a little more from a distillery than this. Ordered a couple Old Fashioneds, figured can’t mess this up since this is one of their signature mixes. First thing we noticed, the drinks were less than half of the glass. Next thing was they were filled with a bunch of ice. And this wasn’t even the one cube ice. Just regular ice (which dilutes the drink faster). Had to remove the ice because that’s just atrocious for a place like this to be doing this. Def not coming back. Had to go to another place for a second drink.

Me and and my fiancé came here tonight looking to just get a quick drink after dinner- instead we stayed for a few drinks and lovely conversation and games. They have a lovely atmosphere and even better drinks! Their spirits were really great and their cocktails were pretty creative- without being weird. Mackenzie was fantastic! She told us she was new to the job, but the drinks she was making were expert level. I loved getting to talk with her and watch her make our drinks. I would come back just to get to talk with her more. Thanks for such a great experience!

Cool place, great drink menu , amazing drinks…not the friendliest service. We tried asking the bartender questions about the drinks and she would not engage with us or answer our questions.

Our favorite distillery/bar in the west metro. Familiar faces work the bar and are fun to talk to, and it's a small, intimate atmosphere. There is no outdoor area, but it's a great place for winter/rainy days

Great tour and education of spirit making. Samples included. A well kept secret that needs to be discovered. Very good bourbon, gin and vodka all made right there

The bartenders were super friendly and gave so much knowledge on their distilling! Their drinks were very tasty as well.

What a cool distillery! It’s so cute inside and had incredible drinks! Had the mule and the Celebration Mule and the Black Forest Manhattan. Loved them both! House made ginger beer makes me so happy. There was a food truck outside and Haggard Barrel Brewing nearby too to make it a nice little pub crawl.

Welcoming bartenders! Amazingly crafted cocktails! The BEST whiskey sour and the old fashioned was also very well done! Came back for mocha martinis to end the night...hands down the best decision! 5 stars!!!
