Stumbled across Droolin' Moose when visiting a shop nearby. The shop was honoring 2 local officers who were killed and a first responder by donating $10 to each cup of malted milk balls and we were compelled to purchase a cup in support. We were also purchasing supplies for our college-age daughter and felt she and her dorm mates should have a cup also. The store has a really interesting sample structure which was nice to try a few items. HOWEVER, the coolest part was when we described what we like, the shop worker made great recommendations. We were also able to watch someone come in looking for a gift and she made a recommendation that resulted in him buying the gift and some for himself. Very talented staff! It's a fun experience, great chocolate, and chill atmosphere. Please don't be one of those people who gorge on samples and not buy anything - it's a local business, support local!

I love mint & chocolate and the Grass Poppers were delicious. A container is ~$13 and worth the splurge. We also purchased a chocolate & sea salt bar, which didn't impress us and left an unpleasant aftertaste; the chocolate was bland and texture was off (seemed waxy).

Not friendly to children. The minute we walked in we were told to keep our hands out of the samples. Put a sour taste in our mouths. Walked right out. Don’t have samples out if you don’t want them touched by children who are coming in excited to get CANDY.

This is a small business located in St. Louis Park, MN. It's just off Highway 100, across from the Park Nicollet Specialty Center.I've tasted their chocolate before (as a gift), and it's so delicious. This was the first time I've been in the store. It is a quaint, comfortable, clean, and beautiful location. The employee inside was very helpful and friendly.In addition to the physical store, they do a ton of online orders, which works well if you are shipping it to family, friends, or associates out of state.This is some of the best chocolate and candies I have tasted. What's also fun is the Minnesota themes in some of their chocolates. It is definitely worth ordering online or stopping at the store... you won't be disappointed.

My first visit to this store. I took my grandson who was familiar with store. He walked right up to one of the buckets of individually packaged chocolates and opened and ate one. The bucket had a sign that listed the type and a price of $8.95. I asked what he was doing and told him the bucket wasn't marked samples and we'd have to pay for that. The entire conversation in front of an employee who never told me that they were indeed samples.

Delicious chocolate and a local business - a wonderful mix. I stopped by because I was looking for some peanut butter cups, and I sampled the Happy Camper peanut butter squares - so much better than what I would have found at the grocery store - I bought 2 cups of them and will probably have to return for more by Monday! Droolin' Moose is bound to have whatever your chocolate-loving heart desires!
