I had one of the worst experiences at this noodles and Company location that I have ever had. I ended up going there because I was in a rush and was on the move and needed something quick. What ended up happening was I was served in edible food. My mushrooms were hard and crunchy that was in the rigatoni. Rosa and the noodles itself were crunchy and was completely an edible when I had brought it up to the counter staff they looked at me like I had done something wrong. They refuse to refund me for my meal that was inedible that I was unable to eat, and then the manager or the assistant manager, whoever he was proceeded to turn his back and laugh at me with his underage coworker after I had walked away from the counter. I have contacted noodles corporate, due to this horrific experience. Because of this, I am now sick with food poisoning. let this be your sign to never ever go to this noodles. They cannot be trusted to serve you proper food and properly cook it.

It was quick. Idk whether it's the restaurant or the doordash drivers but whenever I order a drink (bottled or fountain) it never arrives. I still get charged for it though.

No longer have beef stroganoff, prices are too high for what you get, but by far the worst part is they password protected bathrooms. Heaven forbid a non customer uses the can. This shouldn't be legal, but other places have done it.

Ate here twice recently and the quality of the food was exceptionally good. Service was very friendly. I came here during non-rush hours. My first visit was 20 minutes before close, I've worked in food service long enough to know how annoying it is when someone comes in right before close, but I did not get any indication of annoyance from them whatsoever, the food was great and it made my night.

I am here regularly but it seems every Sunday I try and stop in there is a 20-30minute wait for food. I do love the staff and the tall man with glasses is always so kind. I do feel bad because I can see that the employees are stressed out and it looks like they are understaffed. Do better Noddles. Your employees keep your business together! Food is still well made.

Why they put out Rice krispie bars for delivery drivers that are old and dried out and hard and Dusty crusty. I think that takes away the kindness of it when you giving us all the trash Rice krispie bars that you probably otherwise would have just thrown away.

There’s only one issue their doors when you’re getting in are very heavy duty do you have to be very strong for you to open the doors everything else the service is amazing
