Yikes. The counter worker that serviced me today really needs to be retrained in providing quality service. They lacked checking in on me, never took a food order, nor did they thank me or said anything after they practically threw my check at me. I literally sat and read my book and didn’t say anything to them for them to treat me that way. As a hospitality worker and FOH supervisor, I would write them up for this behavior. What the hell was that?

Parkway has two things going for it. First, their pizza and ingredients are very good. The sausage especially is quite delicious and I love their supreme. Second, I'm not sure what they do but they seem to hire the best people. This has been true at the South Minneapolis location and at this location. Whoever does there hiring deserves a pat on the back.
We love Parkway Pizza! Great sauce and dough, their ingredients are solid and they make their own sausage which is awesome. Get the Minnehaha Greek pizza and add sausage. Staff is great as well!
Wings are the only amazing thing on this menu. I want so bad to love the food so I keep trying everything. Tonight, I tried the vegan chicken parm hoagie. Took 2 bites and threw it away. It was the worst thing from there I’ve tried yet. Get the wings.

Food is good, but very expensive. They also did this weird AI image ad campaign that they spam mailed out to local residents. Disappointing to see a local business resort to AI garbage instead of commissioning a real artist.
