Let me tell you about professionalism! An issue arose with our reservation and what could have gone south quickly was handled by Christina S so impressively that we are beyond impressed and excited to be able to experience Punchbowl. She was gracious, professional and respectful - something you don’t see often in this day and age. Well done Punchbowl for hiring a great leader. We look forward to reviewing the good and atmosphere once we go!

I'm all about the food. First time. Amid skiball and video games I was surprised at how delicious the food was! Kale Caesar was not over dressed and very good. The salmon was nice also. Apps were gobbled down. The cocktails were spot on.
There are lots of game choices on site that you buy a card to scan at each game. This can add up quickly, especially if you bring young kids. The food was quite good and came out fast and reasonably priced. Our server was just ok. She didn't seem overly in love with her job. Be sure to utilize the free underground parking ramp!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of games for various ages, but be prepared to spend some money.

Writing this review because of racism experience. I am writing this sitting in the bar. This happened on October 12 2024 around 9:00-9:15 pm. They claim they treat everyone equally at the front door - but they don’t. First hand experience is with the body girard who is African American with a cap on. He apparently only patted me and did not pat the two white folks behind me. This is extremely unfair and you are not TSA at the airport to randomly select someone. I wanted to get his name and asked the bartender about it and he does not even know who he is. He was rude and did not treat me right compared to others who are off different race. At the end of the day - please treat everyone equally. I beg you please. We had enough. And train your employees with proper processes.
