I love the food, it was delicious. Although, it felt like it took an awfully long time to wait for food (for a party of 5), when it was a very slow Monday. I like the decor and the ambience of the place but it was hard to find staff. Multiple bars were unstaffed so we had to walk back and forth to the kitchen to order drinks while we were bowling.

i usually don’t leave reviews on businesses but our bartender Rodney absolutely deserved one! they were so incredibly sweet and treated my cousin and i amazingly in helping celebrate my 21st :) such great vibes and even better drinks. i also love how inclusive punch bowl social is— it made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. i can’t wait to come back and try the food and more yummy drinks again soon!

This is a fun place for different crowds to enjoy the same space at the same time! I'll definitely be back!

Great place to celebrate birthday with grandchildren. Enjoyed Ping pong, great dinner and time with a 12 yr old. Everyone was entertained!

Service was incredibly slow and the server was completely inattentive. Food has been much better there, very disappointing experience.

Brunch hours are good time to visit. They have 50% off games, full menu + brunch choices available. Kids had their choice of what they wanted to do.

They had a photo booth that had metal poles sticking out into a dark hallway. The metal poles were covered with shiny streamers hanging from them. Our 5 year old son saw them and went to run through the streamers as any 5 year old would do and hit the metal pole. Splitting his head open requiring 7 stitches. The management was poorly prepared to handle an event like this even though there are plenty of risks within the location for it. No one has reached out to make the situation right. I'm very disappointed in the leadership and ownership of the restaurant. They could care less.

We went here on a Friday for a fun family dinner. I felt like the value for food and fun was good. Everyone had a good time playing games together. Our teens were even engaged in the fun! I would recommend this spot for a family fun night. I can also see how this would be a great spot for a date. The atmosphere is fun and there is lots to do, but it is not too loud to have a nice conversation.

Let me tell you about professionalism! An issue arose with our reservation and what could have gone south quickly was handled by Christina S so impressively that we are beyond impressed and excited to be able to experience Punchbowl. She was gracious, professional and respectful - something you don’t see often in this day and age. Well done Punchbowl for hiring a great leader. We look forward to reviewing the good and atmosphere once we go!
