Update, as of 12/02/19 this location has closed permanently. Food is good, but they have a major customer service issue. Employees never put their cell phones down and all have headphones in while interacting with customers. The person working the register had his phone plugged in at a table propped up loudly playing a tv show. All employees seemed disengaged. At one point an employee taking a order was shoveling in spoonfuls of a shake while a customer was ordering at the register.. when Chick-fil-A is in the same parking lot with excellent customer service it’s not hard to see why they are busy and smashburger is not, which is too bad because the food is fine!

I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are flavorable and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we visit this place we enjoy a pleasing time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Burger and fries were very good, but it took a while to get someone up to the counter to place order.
Wow! My food looked like the advertised photos. Very impressed by the quality and presentation of my food. Also, it only took 5 minutes to enjoy, after ordering. The cooks were on their game!The only thing I can suggest, is that the customer service be a bit more friendly. She never smiled or said Hello. All in all, I was very impressed.

St Louis park, MN location- I do go there for at least twice a week. The experience is keep getting worst. I kind a sensed staff are not in tune your vision and mission statement. Or may be they're not engaged at all. In contrast chikfila who are next door lines are though the door. Staff are well trained with pleasant tone when ordering food. Today was going to be my last day here but I will suggest something has to change. As a consumer, you have a choice where you want your dollars to be spent.
