“I drove by this hidden gem weeks ago and finally was able to stop in for lunch today. I gotta say that this is some of the best tasting food I have experienced in Minnesota since returning home. I tried the Picadillo meal which was perfectly seasoned and not over salted like some places do. The rice was a perfect consistency and a freshy made salsa added a little kick to the meal. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. A+++“

“owner (guessing he was the owner) was amazing. checking in on us often making sure the food was good, if we needed anything and even came out and wiped down the table before we sat down. ordered quesabirria and a burrito, both came out quick, hot and fresh! house made chips were amazing and the sauce bar was great! “Great food stoped for lunch after a job guy with me recommended and I was not disappointed one bit got the steak quesadilla and it was one of the best iv ever had and price was great. Will definitely be stopping in for lunch there again when in the area. Just because it's behind a gasstion don't let that stop you from trying this place hand down one of the best authentic Mexican food trucks iv been to.“

“The Cave Cafe is one of my new favorite trucks that I’ve had. The Boss Wrap is unbelievable! Chicken and gyro meat is a great combination and it works really well here. The chicken quesadilla has a generous amount of chicken and is grilled perfectly, a high quality quesadilla. Cave Cafe was one of the highlights for me at the Twin Cities Jazz Festival. Everyone was so friendly too. Afro-Italian fusion makes for incredible tasting food. I need to keep track of this food truck in the future!“
