Best bar in St Stephen and it's not even close. The Howie's Hot wings and Buffalo Chicken Pizza are the best items on the menu in my opinion. I don't even live in the area anymore, but every time I am up here I have to stop at Howie's to get a take out order.

I was disappointed in the burger. It was all bun and a teeny burger patty. The size of a McDonald's burger. I don't know if it's because it was $4 burger night or if they are always that small. The cheese curds were great!
2nd time coming here and not impressed. We unfortunately had a very clueless and inattentive waitress. Took her like 25 mins to even take our order. And just seemed so clueless, she was like do you want to order food, umm yes that's why we are here. It took so long to get our food I wanted to leave and go to another place. It was a 1 hour and 4 minutes before we got our food, had to ask for refills on drinks. She spent most of her talking to a table of clearly her friends. It was pretty bad and she wasn't cleaning any tables so I went and picked up a table next to us and pushed in the chairs. We had to ask the bartender for a to go box and the bill. Just a pretty lack luster experience and nothing spectacular about the food unfortunately.

What a unexpected surprise! Menu was extensive and special of the day was a California burger that included two large slices of crispy bacon. And it came with choice of fries or soup. I had the home made vegetable beef. The buns were from a local bakery and fresh and tasty. Service was outstanding.
