Best bar in St Stephen and it's not even close. The Howie's Hot wings and Buffalo Chicken Pizza are the best items on the menu in my opinion. I don't even live in the area anymore, but every time I am up here I have to stop at Howie's to get a take out order.
I was disappointed in the burger. It was all bun and a teeny burger patty. The size of a McDonald's burger. I don't know if it's because it was $4 burger night or if they are always that small.

What a unexpected surprise! Menu was extensive and special of the day was a California burger that included two large slices of crispy bacon. And it came with choice of fries or soup. I had the home made vegetable beef. The buns were from a local bakery and fresh and tasty. Service was outstanding.
