Service was adequate. Food was rather disappointing, even by rural/small town cafe standards. Cheap ingredients and inconsistent preparation and presentation of the same dish (my husband and I got the same thing and my bread was toasted, but his was not). Seemed clean enough but the atmosphere left something to be desired with harsh overhead lighting that detracted from the otherwise potentially charming interior.Additionally, the menu was not the same as the menu posted online and has a number of dishes crossed out, including the ribeye. And the prices ended up being much more expensive that what is listed online as well as what was printed on the menu we were given while there.

I’ve went in a few Saturdays for breakfast and the food is good…. When there isn’t hair in it. One time, my eggs were brown and crunchy. There was a man in the back that was cussing and yelling very loud at the servers. Definitely not somewhere that I would want to take my kids if there’s grown men yelling and cussing at servers. The servers were great though. They came and apologized for his behavior and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very disappointed. Had been there a few times since they reopened as Whitney's, and had liked the place - until we stopped in last Friday. The dinner special on the board was for "all-you-can-eat" fish dinner for 13.99. However, after ordering, we found out that "all-you-can-eat" meant an initial order for two pieces, and a maximum of one reorder for one additional piece. This is NOT an "all-you-cah-eat". This is a three piece fish dinner. This is not just misleading, it is dishonest. We will not be returning.
