I love coming in here. The food is always excellent, and the servings are large! The owner is super engaged and he as an incredibly respectful and quick staff. Half the time I'm not even ready for my food by the time it comes out! I will always make El Mexico a priority stop everytime I come into town!

This restaurant is such a treat for Sandstone. The food here is incredible, great drinks, great atmosphere, great people. I highly recommend the fajitas Del Mar, it’s easily enough food for 2 people and goes great with a margarita on the rocks (or blended). I also really love the Juevos rancheros, and you can’t go wrong with the enchilada combo. I can’t say enough about how much I love this place. They also participate in a restaurant passport program so you can earn bonuses for stopping by!

Misguided Nuke
Visited Feb 26th, 2024 at 5:00 PM.Was very surprised how nice the new owners fixed the place up. (Looks very nice)The staff was extremely pleasant, and the place was very clean. I ordered the 3 soft shell taco supremes, and I was stuffed. The vegetables were nice and fresh, and the beef was very good. Wanted to try the fried ice cream, but was way to full. Very pleasant, clean, friendly place.They have a huge menu btw.
