My food arrived cold so I sent it back. It came back to me cold again. Not only was my biscuits and gravy cold but they were highly suspect of being bad. A tangy taste that did not blend well with the cream gravy. Very poor.

What wonderful food and friendly staff! A vegetarian from Michigan vacationing in Sandstone, I came across this small, locally-osned restaurant and ate there twice daily for three days. Chef Liz made me a delicious mashed potato and sauteed vegetables dinner with a piece of delicious banana cream pie for dessert. The next day I had coconut cream pie, so good -- the pies are made in-house. The servers were courteous and always helpful. Ask for "Steve's Hash Browns," cooked with little oil and crispy brown -- named after me. You'll love 'em.
