Consistent and not in a good way. A half mile away from home and in my short drive always have cold and old food. Always plenty of employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and the food is consistently crap. When I want Burger King I have to drive to St Cloud. I can drive the 5 miles home from there and still have hot food.

I had a horrible experience at this Burger King. The staff was rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. I waited far too long for my order, and when I finally got my food, it was cold and completely wrong. When I tried to get it corrected, the employees acted like it was my fault and were extremely unhelpful. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean, with trash on the tables and floors. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

First time at this Burger King and very disappointed, got a sloppy, cold Whopper. Not very happy because usually they're pretty good at most Burger Kings. Maybe I just won't come back to this one.

Walked inside to place an order since the drive thru wait was long. I stood at the counter waiting to place an order for 5 minutes before the food expediter told me someone would be with me in a minute. Then I waited another 3 minutes before I left.
I worked fast food growing up and could easily recognize that the drive-thru clerk and expediter had plenty of down-time moments where they could have stepped away for a minute to grab my order.
I work nearby and have had bad luck with the service here on multiple occasions. Just not worth the trouble anymore.
For being Sartell, surprised by how ‘Ghetto’ this store is ran. The staff spend more time screwing around when giving you your food and almost every. Single. Trip. - they can’t get the orders correct. It’s not THAT difficult when they repeat it to you when ordering and yet somehow, it’s always wrong. This location needs to get it together, honestly. And maybe hire staff that aren’t coming from Waite Park and have a little more professionalism.
