Cold Stone Creamery

Tried this place now for the third time. Each time is worse than the last. Never again. This time the cookie dough tasted so old we had to spit it out. Nothing was mixed together either. My ice cream had extra chucks of something that I did not order. The wrong sizes were given (we ordered online). We had to throw away after just a couple bites. Total waste of money.

Everytime I come to this location the staff is always so polite and fun. The ice cream is delicious and our family loves coming here.

Ice cream was amazing. The three teenage girls working were the crabbiest, no smiles, no hellos, no thank yous, quite rude.

Teenager with the blonde highlights in his hair is really bad. Had to repeat my order to him several times (strawberry shake). The line got extremely long. He had no care in the world. Sat there talking to his friends and kept slapping the ice cream on the slab while laughing with his friends. Everyone in line was getting really irritated with him. Not good customer service. Not sure if he was high or just too relaxed. Won’t come here again .

The best ice cream and cake.

I came in to order a customized ice cream cake yesterday, and the staff made the whole process easy and were very helpful explaining how it works. I have never ordered one from them before but will definitely again! The cake came out wonderfully and it was a very easy process. I recommend to anyone looking for a custom ice cream cake to get it from here!

I don’t recall ever having a bad experience at a cold stone until today. My daughter and I went in to the sartell location to order a birthday cake for her because I was having issues ordering it online. The middle aged blonde woman working behind the counter was super rude and had a nasty attitude from the moment we stepped into the building. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or is usually like this. I was not rude or demanding with her at all. I felt very uneasy and unwelcome just being there. We will be going to the St. Cloud location from now on.
