The Erbert & Gerbert’s inside the Coborn’s in Sartell is always a great stop. The team works fast, I never have to wait long for my order, and they always have every menu option available. I’ve never had a bad experience here — everything is consistent, fresh, and smooth from start to finish. Definitely a top-notch choice for any lunch break.

Food was the same as any E&B but the service is horrible. The girls in drive through are so rude!! They act like we were bothering them by coming to the window to pay for our order. So much attitude and we were the ones that said thank you and have a nice day! Seems like a lot of the other reviews have mentioned how unfriendly and rude their workers are. We will not come back to this location. This is not the first time this has happened at this Sartell location.

came in like 15 minutes before closing after a softball game. the cashier was rude. when we walked in they got mad that we came in before closing time. they didn’t say your welcome and they were very rude.

We placed an online order and I showed up a few minutes later in the drive thru to let them know I was there. I wasn't expecting it to be ready, I just wanted to let them know i was there because the previous times I have ordered online, I had to wait awhile for my food because they didn't start making my order until they knew I was there. So this time I was letting them know that I was there. The young lady in the drive thru was rude and said to me with attitude that they just got the order a minute ago. The tone of her voice was not polite at all. A more appropriate response would have been just to say that they are working on it. Then when I got the food, I was the one who said thank you, not her.

Seriously… Today (02/01/25), I went to get the ‘Beacon’ sub for lunch and this is what I received. Just a clump of meat in the middle. I don’t even understand how someone who is trained to make SANDWHICHES of all things can classify this is worthy of a $11 sub. This is ridiculous.

I'm disappointed with my food. I had the Northern (cheese steak). It was barely warm & it feels like the sandwich size has shrank quite a bit. $13 for a small sandwich & small drink seems pretty steep to me.

I can buy the things to make my sandwich for less at Coborns seeing how it's inside now. I asked for turkey extra cheese, lettuce and mayo and she wanted to charge me for an avocado sub, no avocado plus extra cheese.... What does add avocado charge? Probably the same as cheese.... Not impressed. The guy cooking was better than the counter person. I can make a sub I actually want for cheaper. Thanks for the economics lesson.

Good sandwiches and soup with fresh tasting ingredients. The drive through is handy, but there is very limited seating as it's inside a gas station.
Parking: Plenty of parking at an adjacent strip mall.
They were open on Thanksgiving witch I am greatful for cause I had to get gas and food not everyone goes to eat with family.

I used to love coming here for food but this will be my last time. I ordered no bacon on my sandwich since I haven’t ate bacon in 5 years- I ate half of the sandwich before I realized there was pieces of bacon in it… I recommend double checking the orders before making them especially for those who have meat concerns in this case I haven’t had red meat or pork in 5 years so this was very disappointing for me..
