I visited on a Monday night. I was starving and decided to order the Commercial Beef thinking that it would be hard to mess this up. Boy, was I wrong.

The entree tasted like a Hungry Man tv dinner. The mashed potatoes were dry. The gravy was congealed and tasted like it was made with a powdered brown gravy mix. The bread slices were thin and stale. Lastly but most importantly, there was minimal beef, just a few small pieces.

Furthermore, the food wasn't even hot! They probably assembled the dish and just microwaved it.

G Allen’s Bar is a fantastic spot to kick back, grab some food, and enjoy a great atmosphere. Their wings are absolutely top notch and easily the highlight of the menu. Crispy, flavorful, and consistently cooked right, they stand out from anything else in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a great place to hang out with friends, watch a game, or just unwind after a long day. What really sets this place apart, though, are their Raspberry Inferno wings. They strike the perfect balance between sweet and heat and are, without exaggeration, some of the best wings you’ll ever have. If you’re a wing fan, these are a must-try. Between the quality food, good vibes, and friendly service, G Allen’s Bar is a place I highly recommend and one I’ll definitely keep coming back to.

Tried this place for the first time & was not impressed with the food or service. I want to preface by saying our server was great and he was clearly doing his best.
The food is overpriced fast-food quality, I can go down the road to Granite City Brewery and get better quality food at the same price-point.
One in our party ordered a salad topped with grilled chicken, and unfortunately the chicken came out extremely overcooked and rubbery. They brought this up to the server, who apologized and got who I assume is his manager to help offer a suggestion of something else to try. When the manager arrived, we again explained the issue and the manager said bluntly “well there’s nothing I can do about that now, so what do you want instead?” No apology, no offer to get the same thing but cooked fresh, or a suggestion of something else to try. We opted to get nothing else and just remove it from the check.
Very disappointed with this level of service. As someone in customer service management, I was shocked to hear what she said. This is not how you talk to customers, especially as a manager.

Don’t order the raspberries wing and you’ll be fine. They sound sweet but are extra spicy. Everything else about this place is just prefect.Oh and nots forget Casey! She’s so lively and just makes the stratosphere when she’s working!

Alyssa was one of my favorite waitresses. With her sparkly attitude, she made coming to this place fun and enjoyable.

Went here for the first time and was not disappointed. Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal and made the night super fun. I loved the environment too. It’s a cool bar and I will definitely be back!

The worst hot beef commercial ever 😩
Sliced, tough deli meat, really dry (maybe 5-6 pieces) only flavor was the overpowering garlic mashed potatoes, slice of white bread was toasted/burnt. 1/2 lb or more mashed potatoes with very little gravy. A true disappointment… guess when the name says Bar and Grill you should just eat the regular greasy bar food. Took most home to throw away and for $15. before tax and tip I should have just ate a bowl of cereal at home which I ended up with 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

Always good food. Servers are pretty attentive. Touch tunes music is a bit loud, can't hear across the table with it currently.

Will be back, might take Excedrin first.
