The Pizza had the House of Pizza is awesome as well as the Garlic Cheese Bread. I had the Chicken Alfredo and I Penne Noodles, and I found another favorite dish.

My significant other and I went there for the endless pasta today (Wednesday). We got seated quickly and our order was placed promptly. There were a lot of kitchen staff (at least 9 that I saw) and 6 tables that were seated while we were there. Our food arrived 30 minutes later (just noodles and sauce). Our waitress came around again after 10 minutes and asked if we would like another pasta choice and we gave her our next order. It was 35 minutes later that she came sprinting out to us with our luke warm food and 2 water refills apologizing. We had no food and no water for 35 minutes. I asked for a box since I was not hungry anymore and she stated, "We can't give boxes for endless pasta." 30 seconds later she brought us two to-go boxes. We then requested to speak to a manager. After 10 minutes she came back to our table and stated the manager was too busy but she took off 1 meal charge. She dropped our bill off at the same time without even asking my significant other if he would like another pasta choice.I am a manager myself and I can't fathom telling my staff that I'm too busy to talk to an unhappy customer.Just a very unhappy and unpleasant experience.

I'm not sure what to think of my encounter today at the dinner service other than I hope to never experience such a thing at a restaurant ever again.My family was seated rather quickly and given our menus. My toddler in the process of getting situated did let out one single scream, but my wife remedied this by going out to the car to get some small toys to distract him. I'm not sure if this is what caused the subsequent lack of service.We then continued to wait as the two servers and two hosts proceeded to:1.) Clear several tables.2.) Seat another table of guests.3.) Ostensibly take the drink and food order of the new table.4.) Bring an appetizer to the new table.5.) Bring a platter of drinks to the new table.6.) Bring a pizza to the new table.7.) Talk to and check-in with other guests in the restaurant.It was well over twenty five minutes by the time that all this had happened and we had not even had someone check-in with us to order drinks. I had attempted to make eye contact with the servers and the hosts, but it felt as though everyone was deliberately ignoring us. I've not really felt discrimination (thankfully) much in my life before, but I think tonight is what it feels like. Perhaps it was a miscommunication amongst the staff, but I have a hard time believing that given the vibe. Nobody engaged us or made eye contact with us as we left, they averted their gaze.My family and I have eaten once before at HOP in August, but other than the service being a little slow (nothing compared to this), the food seemed pretty good.

Best pizza in town! Great staff and fun atmosphere, and has a separate (and quiet) dining area separate from the bar. Another staple of the area!

Pizza was very good. Waitress was excellent and attentive with a great personality. Party of six, everyone's pizza came out-we ordered individual -except one and that took an additional 15 minutes. I had a meatloaves on cauliflower crust. Was excellent ?

We went for a 4yr old bday party. The party room was nice and kept the kids separated from the rest of the restaurant. They put Bluey on the TV for entertainment too. The pizza was set out on warmers and they stayed fresh the whole time.

Love HOP! The food is amazing and the staff is really helpful as well. My card was charged the wrong amount because the bill got mixed up, and they were more than happy to correct it. Such a great experience even though it was a mixup.

Hi. I just called to place an order from a coupon we received in the mail recently and it doesn’t expire until May 2024. The kid who answered the phone said he has all the coupons that you send out on a sheet in front of him and that this deal is only for Tuesdays. I read him the entire coupon and it literally does not say only good on Tuesdays. The coupon also says I can order online for this deal but it doesn’t show up under deals, and there is no code listed on the coupon, and that is why I called to order. So I told him I would not be ordering then since you are refusing to take a coupon that your company mailed out, and he said that was ok. Interesting way to handle that. See photo for coupons.
