Food is almost always great, service tends to be really slow if your not going through the drive through. The staff is always very friendly. Building is often a little bit dirty but I know it can be hard to get into the lobby to clean so I don't blame them too much for that. I've seen these workers go through a lot from rude customers so shout out to them for dealing with that!

I was at a McDonald’s about 3 miles from here and they did not have their cap together and told me it would be a very longtime till they could even take my order. The person in front of me sped off and never had their order taken. They made an excuse about the kitchen needing to catchup I said how long should I just leave and they said yes. I had my mobile app up and wanted to use a deal on it my son really wanted McDonald’s so I drove to this location and when I got there the app was no longer allowing me to use my reward and I explained the situation and they did nothing even though I’ve now been EXTREMELY inconvenienced having to drive to a different one in the first place. Not to mention two days before the McDonald’s in Monticello charged my card on my app without permission and I wanted to use my gift cards. I have owned three businesses in my life and this is crap I don’t ever want to go to McDonald’s ever again. Sartell you have horrible customer service for not allowing me to use my reward. I won’t be back.

Refused to give me breakfast before 11 AM. Because they Didn’t take my order at the first drive-through but instead took multiple orders from the second lane While I sat and waited to order. The breakfast menu was still displayed and I was told I couldn’t order breakfast. Beyond stupid and a waste of time

They only had 1 drive-through lane open, and they are on the slower side as far as getting your food out to you in a timely fashion. It's been like that the last 2 times I have been there.
