The strawberry shake was so thin, it was more like strawberry milk. All of the tables were filthy. The ice cream cone was just okay.

We went to Mr. twisty at 8:05 on Friday night and was told they were done taking orders but the website states they are open till 9:00. We had some issues last year to but though we would give them a chance again and this is what happens. Not away to run a business. I guess Dairy Queen will start getting more business. This is sad for a neighborhood business that would strive.

Sartell location was very disappointing.
- Ice Cream was melted and dripping everywhere as soon as the server handed it to us
- Credit Card Machine was in a different language, the only readable buttons were the percentages to add a tip. The no tip and custom tip buttons were in Japanese forcing customers to tip to finish the transaction since the other buttons were not readable.
-Tables were dirty and covered in dried melted ice cream.
Not the Mr Twisty’s I remember :(

Refreshing to know there is an ice cream place in Sartell! My opinion, it's better than DQ hands down!

3/10 Loved going here but enough is enough. Constantly get the wrong flavor of twister usually I just deal with it but today it was butterfinger. When my roommate mentioned that she ordered a mint Oreo she was met with “well you grabbed it and that it was put in as a butterfinger.” She goes through the line again and then it was a hassle to get a lid. I get the kitchen is noisy trust me I have worked at multiple.
