Great server and the food was good. My only minor knock was the wait time to be seated. It seems they are short handed which many restaurants are dealing with.

Sat down to eat lunch with my wife and had to listen to the store manager trash talk her employees with another manager for 10 minutes because they both sat me next to the table they did this at, but they spoke loud enough where it really wouldn't have mattered where I sat. Listening to fully grown adults act like misbehaving middle schoolers was a real eye opener for what this owner expects of his staff.
Pam was the managers name on the nametag.
Left a complaint on the Perkins website as well as this review. Food was about as bad as you would expect. Managers were worse.

Perkins and Sartell is amazing from the staff to the food. The GM was so helpful.. The food came out fast and it looked and tasted great. Our server was so sweet and the place was very neat and clean..

My recent visit was quite unsatisfactory. I ordered an omelet that was lukewarm and rubbery, overwhelmed by unmelted cheddar cheese. My dining companion ordered two eggs over medium, which were unfortunately cooked hard as a rock and came with a large piece of eggshell in the center.
Her hash browns were topped with shredded cheese that was neither melted nor flavorful, and the white toast was burnt, prompting her to send it back for a regular order. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, and I don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon. The waitress was good and helpful.

Finding a worker after our food was delivered was nearly impossible. We had to get our own straws and to go containers

Every time you come to get takeaway, you won’t get it unless you wait for more than 20-30
Wasn't super busy, took a while to be seated.
Often food is under seasoned...some spices need more cook time to mellow them out over others..the turkey with stuffing has a strong harsh flavor.
Hospitality at this restaurant is off the chain...
My hollandaise sauce is always missing from my Togo orders- even though it costs extra. Today they gave it to me cold.
Normally it’s my food that’s cold.
Staff seem to have little to no training because everyone is constantly confused over there. Ordering on the phone is like pulling teeth, I only do it because I can’t order hollandaise on the website.
It wasn’t busy either, these guys just suck.
If I ever have to come back I’m not tipping. $20 for one person and something is always wrong with my order. I’m not picky either, just constantly let down by this location. Which is sad because it used to be great.
