Purchased a coupon sheet through a fundraiser. A month after purchasing went to use the first coupon at Scooters. All the coupons on this sheet are reusable until May 2026. Ordered our drinks and was told they do not honor the cards anymore....why agree to be part of a fundraiser and then withdraw your coupon that customers paid for???

We pulled up at 6:55 after church to get a treat for our kids who had watch our sicks so we could go. They close at 7pm but they shut off the lights while we were parked there and wouldnt take our order. You are required to serve until your closing time. This was sad for our littles. I am very disappointed in you Sartell store. We are very frequent customers and for you to do this, that is very rude an disrespectful. I will be calling your managers tomorrow.

Went through the drive thru for the first time today. Enjoyed the experience. The gal running the place was kind, asked us questions about our day, and we left with a big smile. Will come back just because of her!
