In here now I ordered online on the app and I came in 15 minutes after ordering it and I even sat in my car before coming in and she didn’t say hello nothing I was just standing at the register and then she checked the one person out and walked away not even Acknowledging me and I was like hey I ordered on the app is it ready and she was actually rude and said it said it’ll be ready at 11:30 I’m gonna start to make this other lady’s Like not nicely at all like she was annoyed that I would even ask about my order. I order subway every single week and have never had service like this. She was telling people in there it’s just her so if she would’ve been nice I would’ve not cared but just rude about it … still sitting here waiting after 11:30.

There was 1 employee working. He was making the sandwiches, cashing people out, and needed to stock as items got low. It took 25 minutes for me to place my order. There was so apologizing for the long wait.

Twice in a row now it shows you’re open and we drive all the way there and you’re closed. I get it there’s staffing issues, if that’s the case update your website!! Super frustrating
Worst subway I have ever been to. It's the owners son who works there now n since he chased off the best employee of any subway I was ever at, I won't eat here anymore. It went from a super nice pleasant place to grab lunch to being treated like he doesn't even want to be there and could care less what your sandwich looks or tastes like. Just not an improvement atoll! Yuck!

Recently ordered from this store through the app and the whole experience was a disappointment. They don't participate in app deals but I preceeded to order as my husband was running an errand and was to grab our food while out. Shortly after placing my order I received a call stating they didn't have the Italian herbs and cheese bread I had ordered. I was asked what I would like instead. I knew they didn't have the flat bread because the app had shown it as out so I said white. I was then told they only had one left. At this point it felt like a guessing game and i asked what they had....only wheat. My husband made it home with food and thats why i have given 2 stars. Dont usually order white and wheat bread but they were very small in comparison to the itallian herb we usually get at other stores. The toppings on the sandwiches were incorrect also. Somehow my extra lettuce turned into 2 full layers of pickles which made the bread super soggy. My husband's supposed to have extra meat but didn't and they missed his spinach altogether. Never going back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
