This location has gone down hill big time in the last year or so. Orders are always screwed up, no care whatsoever in their work, subs falling apart missing stuff that you ordered and paid for , sick of calling back and giving extra chances to them. They need to raise their standards at this location big time !

I was just at the store at 7:30pm tonight in the drive through and ordered meatball sub, when I got to the window they told me they were out of meatballs so I ordered a tuna sub instead. I got home and had a sandwich with mayo and lettuce NO TUNA. It wasn’t even busy so no excuse for kind of service. I tried calling the store and number didn’t even work.

This Subway location should really consider who they continue to employ based on 3 experiences I have had and based on other reviews about this same employee. There is an older woman, with grey hair who works there and provides very poor service and does not have any sense of politeness, let alone customer service. I have been twice before and on those visits she has been very crass and rude. On my most recent stop, she was both rude and simply unwilling to make a decent sandwich. I usually don’t ask for more of anything when I go to restaurants due to conflict avoidance, but when I tell you I asked for spinach and she gave me 4 pieces of spinach… same with peppers. Before she was done I politely asked if I could have a few more peppers and she said, “I guess if you have to.” I ate my sandwich at home and truthfully feel like I shouldn’t have had to pay for the entire sandwich because there was barely anything on it. I’ve never left a Google review but after this many poor experiences I really do not recommend this location, and if I go back again I will turn around if she is at the counter making sandwiches.

I never go to Subway often, and this is the first review I've EVER given cause this old grey haired woman who took my order was so rude and negative, she was passive agressive under her breath when we legit did nothing to her. The experience was definitely spoiled, the second guy was actually pleasant and did his job professionally. I feel worst for him cause he has to work with this woman. Sub also under preformed, they took it out of the toaster before it could get properly toasted, bread was untoasted and soggy, sorta like the experience with that old hag.

Subway is still subway no matter how many times they refresh themselves. The only thing new is how high their prices got. Still go to subway once in awhile. But not first choice.

This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened to me. I’ll pull up to the drive through, place my order on the touch screen. I get my code. And when I drive up to the window no one is there.. I don’t even see anyone inside. I wait and wait. Nothing. Does anyone even work here? The sign says open. It’s 8:45pm. It says it’s open until 9:30pm. The lights are on. But there’s literally no one inside. Whoever manages this place should probably hire some employees. Or just get a new career. What a joke.

Alright. On Tuesday 01/02/2024 went to this subway location around 8:55pm. Beforehand, I went to the Sauk Rapids location at 8:45, however they were closed. So I decided to go to the Sartell location. I saw 2 cars in line at the drive thru, so I decided to place my order at the kiosk outside. Well, when I got to the window, the girl working was in a funk.. she didn’t say anything rude.. however, after she took my money, she placed the change in my hands roughly and then SLAMMED the window! Lol why did she do that??? Maybe she’s having a bad day.. or maybe she wanted to go home.. who knows.. but come on lol. And it couldn’t have been anything I said to her, because I’m never disrespectful to workers at any company. The only conversation we had was- her:”that’ll be $$” me:“here you go” Then I’m watching her make the sandwiches and she’s SLAMMING the food onto them.. and SLAMS the toaster oven. She looked up at someone (or maybe nobody was there) but looked like she was complaining about something. She had a stank look on her face as well. In all honestly, I felt like recording, but decided not to. It could be a one time thing with her, but according to the most recent review on here, looks like she may be one to have poor customer service. But it was quite the show she put on. Very unprofessional. When she gave me the sandwiches I said “thank you?” and she didn’t say anything. Saaaad. If anyone is to read this recently, the worker had black hair and had on a shirt that said “the beast” on the back… lol she was acting like a lil beast making my sandwiches. And girl if ur reading this, my word of advice is next time ur flustered over something, take a deep breathe and don’t take it out on my sandwiches❤️Oh and previous reviews about a very friendly man working at this location are 10000% accurate. I’m sure we are all thinking of the same guy. He’s very sweet!?

Apparently this subway isn't "participating" promotion so you can't even use the coupons there. If there's a subway promotion going on, it should include all subways, so that you don't have customers getting the coupons, going to the store just to find out they can't even use it. It makes a waste of gas time and money, very easy way to upset customers. The lady making the food was rude and talked to me like she wanted me to leave. Do not recommend this subway, the floors had food on them and we were the only customers in the building. I understand this is a fast food restaurant and I'm not asking for 5 star service. But I'd like to be able to eat somewhere clean. I have had better experiences at McDonald's and I don't even like them.

The employee who works here is absolutely amazing! He’s always so kind, helpful, and very friendly to everyone! I’m not a fan of Subway but my daughter is obsessed so I take her from time to time. But because of him, I will definitely come to subway more. Now I refuse to go to any other location except for this one! Thanks for being so kind every time ?
