GreyStone Golf Club Reviews
Fantastic course with roll up greens that let you play your roll out yardage if you like to do so. Course is typically in fantastic shape all year round (when winter permits). Be aware though, wind is not always your friend here with the Scottish style course, but you do get a reprieve on 5 holes with some woods.
Never been disappointed booking a tee time here. Definitely worth your time.

GreyStone Golf Club is a highly regarded course, known for its well-maintained greens and Scottish-style layout. Designed by Tom Lehman, it features a mix of links and tree-lined holes, offering a variety of play experiences. Despite the potential challenge of windy conditions, the course is consistently praised for its enjoyable and fun golfing experience.
Set in a beautiful area, the course provides stunning views of Sauk Lake from the clubhouse. The fairways are mostly well-defined, and the bent grass is at the right height. Golfers can expect links-style play, with strategically placed bunkers and fescue areas to navigate. Each hole presents a different challenge, from curving fairways to mogul hills and a couple of water hazards, making it fun and engaging without being frustrating.
The green fees are very reasonable, making GreyStone Golf Club an excellent value for players. The course is generally underplayed, allowing for three-hour rounds, which is a rarity in the area. The friendly and helpful staff enhance the overall experience. Recent visitors have noted the quick pace of play, affordable prices, and the pleasant atmosphere in the clubhouse. With a nice pro shop and snack options, it is a highly recommended spot for a relaxed day of golf.
