Stopped in on a Saturday night about 8p, went through the drive thru and it was slow, now with that said, I'm going to assume it was because they were short staffed, one guy working the counter and drive thru window and I am going to assume one working in the kitchen, but I will say the food was good!

Waited 23 minutes at the drive through speaker before I could order then another 9 minutes after, they are slow and obviously trying to make their wait times look much better than they are by making people wait to place an order... Might look better on the reports but leaves customers just as upset. Will not be going back which is sad since there are not many options in Sauk
