Moved to the area recently and this is our favorite McDonald's now. Friendly service with REAL people available to take your order. Joe is fantastic and very welcoming to customers. Our special requests are handled easily too. Appreciate the soda fountain is still in place for quick refills. We tend to come here 5 or 6 times a week, especially for breakfast alone or with friends.

The food was good. The store was clean. I don't mind ordering through the app or using the kiosks in the store but considering I was standing there to receive my order and the person that put it in the window didn't even say so much as good morning thank you have a nice day or anything is quite disappointing. It's sad that people in customer service don't know how to act around other human beings anymore.
Parking: Dirt parking area in the back big enough for a few tractor trailers or rvs.

I waited 10 minutes in the lobby for an iced coffee and a hash brown. It appeared no one was looking down the list of orders to see what they might be able to send out while waiting for other food to be prepped.
Got two wrapped sausage and egg mcmuffins labeled on the wrapper as such BUT NEITHER ONE CONTAINED A SAUSAGE PATTY !!!!

Waited a long time (11 min) for mobile order counter pickup, the lobby was packed. Never received cheese on my quarter pounder bacon cheeseburger. The food was good and fresh. I'm from the Mankato MN area, and you don't ever wait at those locations, so I was quite shocked on how long it took at 1pm on a Sunday.

I hate that this is one of the few places to eat in town. There is always an issue. The past two times my order has been completely wrong. I’ve never had to wait less than 10 minutes for food even when the lot is empty. You file complaints to customer care and they forward it to the manager who never responds. You call the store to complain and get promised coupons that they forget to send out.
