Went through a special order in drive thru. Plain burger. Still managed to mess it up. Haven’t had to deal with such incompetence for a long time at most locations. Totally unacceptable quality.

Placed an mobile order and went inside to pick up, order came up quickly and prepared as requested. Both breakfast sandwiches were fresh, hot and tasted great.
Dining area and restrooms were both clean and well stocked. Small play area for kids with seating nearby.
Parking lot was large with plenty of room for trucks with trailers.

This place is genuinely disgusting. There was a girl working at the register with a DEAD FLY in her hair. If you have dead flies in your hair then you probably have one in your food. The orders are always incorrect, for example I asked for a PLAIN cheeseburger. A PLAIN CHEESEBURGER. And it came back with all the fixings, onions, mustard, you name it. I do not think a plain cheeseburger has those things on it does it. How much do we have to emphasize what we want to eat.

This place was busy inside & out!, tables were filled, play area filled!!, Yet we still got our food hot and in descent timing!

We waited for almost a half an hour to get our food curbside. When it did come my fries were old and half empty. My soda was not only not completely filled up but was also flat like if the mix were running out. I would have forgiven the time we waited because it was busy but then to get crap food is inexcusable.
