We happened to stop on a Sunday after church and it was BUSY!! That being said, they were timely and weren't a bunch of grinch's either. I'm sure it was easily missed but all the heavy toppings were average or less than... At one point I bit into a handful of pickles, all my pickles were there, I asked for extra but still only got like 6. I have a feeling it's due to being so busy but how do you not see something like a clump of pickles unless you just pinch a pile and drop them...

So I barely ever get Subway and both times this year I got it from this place they failed both times. The first time they didn't even add the correct stuff and still charged for stuff they never added. This time was my breaking point because I got 2x footlongs and they gave 2 six inches, didn't add any stuff like tomatoes, wrong bread, not even toasted when asked, and charged us for all that stuff even though they didn't add it. And no refunds were given with photo proof. tldr: this Subway sucks and the one in Melrose is 100x better

I felt like I was very disrespected by being scolded at when I didn't even get a chance to talk for 0.5 seconds I just was trying to get my mobile orders and was framed to look stupid infront of my family when I tried to explain to them what the person behind the counter said they said they didn't have it but then they came out and had it made my family upset over nothing and the vegetables were different sizes than the others it wasn't equally made and was barely cut i am disabled and I think the manager was starring at my lazy eye and I didn't even do anything wrong i just have Atuism and was trying to do what my brother said

4th time in a row that my food was made wrong. This past time I wanted chicken bacon ranch with cheese, lettuce, and extra bacon. I got chicken bacon ranch with onions and tomatoes. No extra bacon, which I paid for and no lettuce. Had to pick off the onions and tomatoes.

The service was bad burnt a pretzel and the sandwich my friend had the egg was cold and they put a lot of pepper on it and she never asked for that is was a bad food experience 😕

yesterday at about 4 i put a pick up order, my order was the worst sandwich i have eaten, i had asked for light ranch and it was dripping with it. it is not what i asked for.
