The food was what you would expect. However, I ordered extra hot sauce and didn't receive any at all. Also, not a single napkin on the bag. The drive-thru is also one of the slowest I have ever been through. If this was the 1st time that I had had a bad experience, I wouldn't complain, but it happened several times.
Messed up order twice. I live 15mins away and drove back, and still was wrong. Shouldn't have to keep checking my bags.

Usually decent, but last time I ordered online and they forgot a drink, gave a 5 piece nugget instead of a 10 piece and put lettuce on a taco I ordered specifically with no lettuce. Not smart people working there. Check your order before you leave there. I got home 8 miles away so wasn't going back to make them fix it. Also, the new chicken nuggets were terrible twice in a row now.
Update - messed my order up 3 times in a row now. Forgot somehow they forgot half the food for my Discovery Luxe Box. Never going back.

this location respects mobile orders more than most other tbell locations. the food came out on the time I set it up for. and was customized how I wanted and paid for it. I didn't even have to wait a second to pickup food. the staff was also friendly. wish I lived closer to this location just for their service.

ok so me and my grandma go to this Taco Bell on the way to Saint Cloud, we get to drive thru and we get rushed to order, NO CARS BEHIND US. We pull up and he seems like a fellow with some anger. He is fast to give our order out and seems like a jerk, gives us sour cream on the side of our tacos when we said on the tacos. me and my grandma probably won’t eat at this Taco Bell for awhile

Absolutely ridiculous. Had to go up twice to get them to do the right order. We ordered two chicken and bean tacos, two chili tacos, two soft tacos no lettuce and doritos locos tacos with only meat and cheese. The soft taco we ordered with no lettuce had lettuce on it. Some of the tacos had no cheese. We got on chicken taco and the other was steak.I have heard from some friends that this place messes up orders but this is ridiculous.
The crunch wrap was soggy no crunch at all the hard shell tacos weren't much better.

It’s 11:23pm and I’m trying to go through the drive through. She asks me “are you part of the rewards program. I politely said “no” she than proceeded with “ok than I’m going to have to put you on hold for 5 min and that’s just how it is” I understand if your short staff but there is so many different ways of saying I will be right with you, if you could wait a couple minutes.
