Food is good. I mean for Taco Bell, they do good. Obviously you know what you're getting when you go to a Taco Bell. Employees have always been friendly and food has always been hot.

I can only hope the kitchen was cleaner than the dining room. There is no reason that 3 tacos, 2 orders of rice, and a drink should cost $18.

Just about every time I order online and pick up my food I order the freezes and every single time I order one their machines are always “defrosting” and I don’t go at the same time either it’s always different times of the day when I go and they are never up and running, I also always get other foods in the food that I order like lettuce onion etc in food that doesn’t have that in it. Very poor service and very poor food quality.

This place has been going downhill since they opened 😟 Four of our Cantina Chicken Bowls were half full. The meat was dry and looked old and they were all cold. I brought the salads back inside to ask about them. One worker stopped chatting long enough to call the supervisor up front , when they didn't come, another worker stepped in and offered to help. I told him the problem. He looked at my half filled bowls and looked at the picture of the full bowls and laughed, LoL, well they do look different, he said. There was old beef in with the chicken, 🫘 beans I could count on one hand, along with the pieces of lettuce. Old, cold and disappointing! The Chili Cheese burritos & other items were ok. Pop was fine. Service is horrible and a 🐌 snail is quicker!

Ordered on the mobile app. Received a text saying it was ready. Walked in and no food anywhere in the pick up spot inside the store. An employee yelled my name so I went to the counter to get it and the bag was there and no drink. I stood there waiting and finally an employee asked me what I wanted. I said you forgot my drink went to the car and all the food was just thrown in the bag. Forgot an item. Husband went back in and waited. The employees don’t even acknowledge that you are there. Another couple that was in there also was waiting on an item they forgot and he got mad and walked out. I know they get busy but at least the employees could acknowledge you and say “I’ll be with you as soon as I can”. Heard an employee saying when the phone rang “probably someone calling in with another complaint.

I ordered extra cheese and go no cheese with my taco and there isn’t enough steak in the taco
I travel for work and eat alot of tacobell. My food was actually hot and put together like they did in the good old days. The did miss my cinnabites but promptly corrected and gave me a coupon for a free taco. One of the best TB I have been to in a while

We came through for breakfast crunch wraps this morning. I never take time to leave reviews but I had to because the experience was perfect in all aspects. Drive through gentleman was very nice, made sure we had everything, sauce packets were remembered (people have forgot in the past at other locations), the crunch wraps were the BEST we’ve ever had. Good amount of sauce, cheese melted, and warm. 12/10 experience!!!!!!!
