PLACE OK, customer service sucks, they are disrespectful and unprofessional! Order food and didn’t received my drinks called in and the person in charge hang up the phone on me and wouldn’t answer after that, didn’t care at all if you gonna order in BK go to the Sartell one YOU GET A BETTER EXPERIENCE!

Went through drive through. Food was fast, and it was actually filling. The cost was a little higher than I wanted but not unteasonable.

Who ever is running the windows needs more training or replacement. Very rude period 😒
Usually I wouldn't rate fast food unless it was a horrible experience. But this was the best whopper I've had in a long time. Fresh, steaming hot, didn't skimp on the toppings looked like the commercials.

The manager Malachi is very rude. And the food was disgusting and cold.
Guy on Drive Thru super short & rude from the jump! Then I didn't get my sauce, not one napkin, no utensil for my pie, and no receipt. Had to go back through Drive Thru, pretty much threw the zesty sauce at me. Still didn't get an utensil, napkin, or receipt I asked for. I have been a GM for 25 years in the business, he wouldn't have a job if he treated my customers like that! PERIOD

*2nd update as of 10/25, I was at the adjoining gas station getting gas and hear someone arguing so I turn around and it’s a female Burger King employee on her phone in uniform shouting profanities and pacing through the parking lot. This place should be shut down. The one off division is so much better. Oh, still never received that so called gift card corporate promised ?
*update as of 8/29. Corporate called me and offered me a gift card as compensation and sounded very understanding, however that was 2 months ago now and still have not received anything ?♀️
Food is what you’d expect from Burger King, when the order is right. I got 3 meals and they were all shoved into 1 bag and not offered a cup holder. The issue is the employees, rude all around from management down and inappropriate conversations between employees knowing it can be heard by customers. One employee even came out and pointed to my car in the drive thru because of how I was positioned while waiting (mind you the drive thru entrance is a joke when coming from the railroad side and it was backed up 3 cars already) and then continued to joke loudly about being “in the line right” before hawking a lougie. My 7 year old was in the car and could tell they were speaking about us and now she’s scared to come back. We won’t be back anyways.

Waited at the drive thru window for 6-7 minutes. Finally they tell me to pull around and wait out front as my nugs and tots were still in the fryer. Wait another 5 minutes. They bring my food out, I get home (3-4min drive home) and the nugs and tots are both 'old and cold' and they forgot my 3 sauces. Incredibly subpar service.

The food itself has been great, but the drinks get forgotten every time. And it's not a 3rd party delivery issue, it's a store issue, because it even happens when I order in person and forget to check the kids meals. Always check your bags folks.
Parking: Parking lot is awful. It's shared tightly with the adjoining gas station. Be careful , and look both ways when pulling in and out of the lot.

I walked from across the bridge in St. Cloud to the Burger King in Sauk Rapids before 10pm tonight and when I got here, the lobby door is locked. Then I tried to call them and ask them a question about ordering on the app and then just grabbing it through the drive-through, but they allowed the phone to ring and it says on the website that you guys are open until 11. Most of the time I am very happy and satisfied when I come here with their service and food but tonight I’m very disappointed

Did drive through at night…they had all the parking lot lights off so it was very dark. No one was behind us in line but they told us to park in the parking lot to wait for our food and that they would bring it to us… was a very odd considering no one else was there in the drive through. I payed for a whopper meal and got the kids one… fries were like eating cardboard. Overall a weird experience. I’m thinking they had the lights off and told us to park in the parking lot so no people driving by would think they were open. We came 2 hours before they close.
