Up until these past few years I used to enjoy going to the Sauk Rapids Burger King. It was once a great place. Food was always good. Place was clean . Employees were professional and wore clean uniforms. Now I see that uniforms are no longer required. Loud yelling and sometimes singing employees and obnoxious rap music blasting. Wow! It’s like visiting the zoo with all of animal noises coming from behind the counter. Makes customers cringe. Unkept appearance. I noticed one employee in particular that would never even change his pants. Makes one wonder about personal hygiene. Do they even wash their hands? Food is sloppy and carelessly prepared with employees on their phones instead of cleaning up and acting like adults. If they don’t want to work then get rid of them. Where in the hell do you get these employees? Are these fast food places that desperate for employees? Add the outrageous prices and it’s enough to turn anyone off. The Sartell location is no better. At least the McDonalds off hwy 15 tries to keep up an a decent image. It’s gotten so bad I can’t stomach another visit. It seems that all of these fast food places have gone terribly down hill. Awful! When Angie was manager at the Sauk Rapids location at least there was some degree of cleanliness and order in the restaurant. If they can’t get their employees in line then it’s time to shut down these locations. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Gross! You need good and responsible managers! After more than 30 years I for one will not be returning. Want a good hamburger? Stay home and make it yourself. The whole corporation desperately needs a complete overhaul including its employees. When I was a teenager I worked for Perkins. None of this crap would have been tolerated then.

It's a Burger King...... Fast food ... Busy spot, but dirty and you can tell they don't clean very well. Garbage all over behind the till and cooking area on the ground. The doors don't look like they have been washed for weeks and the door to the play area definitely hasn't been washed for weeks. Flies also in the play area. I walked in and an African American male staff that was working by the drive through was arguing with a customer that was standing by the till in front because the customer wasn't satisfied with the order and wanted her money back. The whole pop area was soaked with pop and ice every where also. You can tell that this spot the staff don't like cleaning thoroughly anyway.

Order food and didn’t received my drinks called in and the person in charge hang up the phone on me and wouldn’t answer after that, didn’t care at all if you gonna order in BK go to the Sartell one YOU GET A BETTER EXPERIENCE!

Usually I wouldn't rate fast food unless it was a horrible experience. But this was the best whopper I've had in a long time. Fresh, steaming hot, didn't skimp on the toppings looked like the commercials.

Guy on Drive Thru super short & rude from the jump! Then I didn't get my sauce, not one napkin, no utensil for my pie, and no receipt. Had to go back through Drive Thru, pretty much threw the zesty sauce at me. Still didn't get an utensil, napkin, or receipt I asked for. I have been a GM for 25 years in the business, he wouldn't have a job if he treated my customers like that! PERIOD

*2nd update as of 10/25, I was at the adjoining gas station getting gas and hear someone arguing so I turn around and it’s a female Burger King employee on her phone in uniform shouting profanities and pacing through the parking lot. This place should be shut down. The one off division is so much better. Oh, still never received that so called gift card corporate promised ? *update as of 8/29. Corporate called me and offered me a gift card as compensation and sounded very understanding, however that was 2 months ago now and still have not received anything ?♀️
Food is what you’d expect from Burger King, when the order is right. I got 3 meals and they were all shoved into 1 bag and not offered a cup holder. The issue is the employees, rude all around from management down and inappropriate conversations between employees knowing it can be heard by customers. One employee even came out and pointed to my car in the drive thru because of how I was positioned while waiting (mind you the drive thru entrance is a joke when coming from the railroad side and it was backed up 3 cars already) and then continued to joke loudly about being “in the line right” before hawking a lougie. My 7 year old was in the car and could tell they were speaking about us and now she’s scared to come back. We won’t be back anyways.
