Points were deducted from my rewards for a size upgrade via the Mobil app but that is not what I got from the Caribou Cabin on Hwy 15 and 18th Street in Sauk Rapids, MN. What I got was a Medium Iced Carmel High Rise when it was suppose to be a large.

UPDATE: Corporate and Dan took great care of my issue and I even got instruction on how to work the Caribou app. Thank you all.

Every time I'm I come here I'm greeted with a smile and a little conversation as well as all the other caribos I've never been to one where there's a bad atmosphere or you know rude employees I just love caribou

I don’t order food typically so can’t give much feedback there but I love the vibe. Can’t beat the speed of the Caribou cabins!
