They go above and beyond for their customers! We were accidently sent home with the wrong cake and the women from the store called to let us know and personally delivered the correct cake. Customer service that I have not seen in a very long time. Truly impressed.

I think you need to retrain your employees. Three times I’ve tried to order the same thing all 3 times it’s been wrong. A root beer FREEZE. I got a root beer float, which I returned and in place of it I got a root beer float again but with a little melted ice cream in it. It was literally gross. Next time I ended up getting another root beer float with the ice cream slightly less melted and the root beer was room temperature. It was disgusting and again another melted root beer float. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make this but I won’t be back.

I get the same blizzard every time I go to dq and this one location told me “we have everything to make that but we’re not allowed to” so I went to the red barn and they made it no problem. It’s not even complicated there’s 3 Ingredients.
"Out of free cones" on free cone day. But yet they still had cones and ice cream. Seems like shady business to me.
