Placed an order in person, left for about 20 minutes and came back to find that they hadn't even started and couldn't find the order information. They then promised that it would be done in 6 minutes and to come back in that time, which did not happen. We got a drink for free, but it hardly repaired the hole in my heart from this experience. Dominoes has served as a comforting and almost nostalgic restaurant for me and my family, and this experience put a damper on those fond memories. I watched as the cook chatted with another worker while slowly putting on each topping, hungry and disappointed. As a former fast food worker myself, I understand that late night shifts can be tiring and it is difficult to put in the same quality work as per usual, however this is no excuse. I sincerely hope that this issue is resolved one day, for the sake of the nostalgic pizza that we all know and love.

The Thrifty Motel of Dominos, a friend of mine was assaulted by an employee who insulted him and refused to take his order and when he went to get his pizza he felt like this employee of Dominos had split in his pizza so he refused the food and the Dominos pizza employee came out of the store and physically assaulted him. Horrible customer service ordered food waited 20 min to find out they voided the order claiming they heard moaning in back round of the call.very strange I then asked to reorder they refused spoke with manager finally was able to order when I returned to my car the kid inside had come out and spit all over my windshield I've never seen such awful service in my life..Never will go there agien!

Had a horrible experience with Jeremey the “manager”, who decided to call me back after I had a horrible experience with his driver that sounded stoned out of his mind, plus had no clue where he was or what he was doing. Jeremy had called me back after I said I wanted to cancel my order, had got mad at me when I raised my voice to him, at this point he’s harassing me calling me for no reason.. proceeded to cuss, and was extremely unprofessional, why do you guys have someone like that running your store!? Why do you guys have someone like that dealing with your customers? I will never be back, and I hope his 30k a year is worth losing customers..

Seems like this place has really gone downhill in the ten years I've been ordering from this location.Ive been ordering from here for ever, and the last two years they seem to have a really hard time finding me, even with explicit step by step directions. I havent had the correct phone num in my acct the last year ivebeen ordering and its not been an issue, because i tell them where to go and i stand out side. This time, Kylee, license plate kdt 040, drove right by us. I ran t my car and drove to the front of the park, and repeatedly honked at her, even dowm frontage rd, and she looked at me but kept driving. Common sense would tell you, that the pizza you couldnt deliver, was mine. Instead, she stayed on the phone while driving, ignored me, and kept going. I caught up to her, though if it was against policy, she didnt have to roll her window down and awcknowledge me, but she did. She said id have to go to the store anyways because it was cancelled. I rolled my eyes and flipped her off in annoyance. When i got to the store, i asked to speak to a mgr, so i told her what happened. The employee then stormed in saying i was' insane and if i got my food she would walk out.' This is when i was informed i 'wasnt supposed to chase them down' but i dont remember that being against the law. I got my food, after a quick whispered conversation, in which i suspect the mgr told her to flip me off back lol, because she turned around (after it was taken care of and instead of leaving well enough alone decided to further instigate) and said 'i hope you treat your kids better' (i had mentioned earlier them waiting for the food, asking if i was going to get the food or not), i said 'i do' and thats it and she then flipped me off, in the store with an old couple sitting there eating. I can understand if i had kept going, but i hadnt. And in fact i was very calm compared to the employee storming in, declaring she would quit.

Ordered food at 6:59 it said it would take 30 mins to get to my house. 30 mins passed by and it said it hasn’t even been in the over yet. Called them and asked about it and a guy named Nathan said “ oh am just waiting for the driver to come” after I hung up it said that Nathan put it in the over. Called back and asked him why he couldn’t just be honest, and he started making up excuses and giving back attitude. Thanks Nathan…..

So I will be finding a different place for my pizza and chicken wings as the drivers from this domino's store are horrible. I said contactless deliver and one of the drivers insisted on handing it to you instead of leaving it. Today 7/13/24 the delivery driver literally called me and said I know it says to leave it but since the payment was not completely filled out I will need someone to sign it and when I inquired as to what was not complete he said there was no tip left. which I find odd as I have left no tip before and never had to sign it before. So here is a tip for the company which is you guys need to pay your delivery drivers more so they will stop harassing your customers for tips.

So one out of the last three times we've ordered has it gone well. The first time my wife picked up and the pizza was a mess and terrible, the second time a few months after it was great.... now today... get my pizzas and they are a mess and all they said was the can remake them and it would be 30 minutes before they're delivered.... I am done with this location.

They were hustling! The kitchen was awesome, like a well oiled machine! The front end staff lacked a bit. No eye contact,struggled with approachability.
