This location gets my order wrong more often than it gets it right. I ordered my pizza without seasoning on the crust and once again they put it on there.
When I called the store the GM made excuses for his employees.
How can a location be so consistently wrong and stay in business?!

Very clean store. The employees were fantastic. I came in with my son going to the nail salon next door but he smelled the pizza and wanted to get some! The pizza tasted way better than expected and the employees were so kind to my son. They gave him things to color and even a freebie dessert. They seem to really have their organization down and I appreciate the friendliest of all 3 of the people on shift! Thank you

Would give them zero stars if possible . I have worked for dominos & I only ordered 1 pizza and wings . A female called me and said she will not be able to make the order but I know that’s a lie and most likely them just being lazy because they already closed down the oven before actual close time . I did say “so you don’t feel like making it because my order takes 10 mins max & I know this because I’ve worked for a dominos “ and she hung up on me mid sentence . That type of employee will be the death of this store . I will recommend to not order from this location solely because I know how easy it is and the employee was rude and lazy . Update 7/6 3:15 pm : I spoke to the general manager because it has now been a week without a refund . He was more professional & explained what happened , but he did not disagree with the fact that it’s rude to cancel an order & hang up on a customer when I’m very calm, respectful & not anything near a Karen. Coming from someone who has ran fast food establishments I’m sure the owner would be disappointed in the productivity & customer service that he’s literally paying people to provide & they are not even providing the bare minimum . & if he sees this & you want a general manager that can keep your business afloat feel free to reach out to me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not only did they screw up & put green peppers instead of green olives, which we caught while waiting for our Pizza. When we got home they didn’t put any pepperoni on our pizza. $24 dollars to try the new stuffed crust pizza to wait over 25 mins & then get home to find they didn’t put pepperoni on the 2 M Pizzas either! Called was put on hold over 5 minutes to then have the “manager” hang up on me. Saying she was all alone working. WE WERE JUST THERE! Not only was she NOT alone, a very young girl ( maybe 10-11?) was helping to make Pizzas. We will NEVER return to this location.

Pizza is sometimes ok and other delivery is 30 to 40 minutes and i live like 10 minutes away, pizza is sometimes soggy or cold.

The employee over the phone only had excuses with no customer service skills or professional training for the fast food industry. Before any customer can speak, states an improper excuse, when that is their problem, not the customers. If they were to explain and listen, of course the customer will be more than willing to understand. The employee over the phone then raised their tone and hung up for I assume the employee could not handle their emotions properly. The delivery driver today is the light through the chaos. She apologized for the missing item and offered a credit since I paid for an item that I did not receive. This place is usually good, great food. Certain people are not meant to deal with customers.

Placed an order in person, left for about 20 minutes and came back to find that they hadn't even started and couldn't find the order information. They then promised that it would be done in 6 minutes and to come back in that time, which did not happen. We got a drink for free, but it hardly repaired the hole in my heart from this experience. Dominoes has served as a comforting and almost nostalgic restaurant for me and my family, and this experience put a damper on those fond memories. I watched as the cook chatted with another worker while slowly putting on each topping, hungry and disappointed. As a former fast food worker myself, I understand that late night shifts can be tiring and it is difficult to put in the same quality work as per usual, however this is no excuse. I sincerely hope that this issue is resolved one day, for the sake of the nostalgic pizza that we all know and love.

The Thrifty Motel of Dominos, a friend of mine was assaulted by an employee who insulted him and refused to take his order and when he went to get his pizza he felt like this employee of Dominos had split in his pizza so he refused the food and the Dominos pizza employee came out of the store and physically assaulted him. He has the entire altercation on dash cam
