We visited recently and I was disappointed. I've been to another location before. My margarita had too much alcohol in it, the salsa was like water, and my food was cold. My meal was served last too! The women's bathroom had one light, dingy and no hand soap.The staff were friendly but only two servers for the early evening shift on a Saturday.

We enjoyed everything. Food was great. They had a young lady singing in back by the old brewing room that was amazing. Pretty sure her name was Stella Hennen. Just an outstanding young artist, hope she returns there again in the near future. Would love to see her again.

Will never return ! By far the worst service I have ever received in my life!! My cousin I was with had ordered a drink , I ordered a water. I had taken a drink of my cousins FOUNTAIN pop , and the owner or manager guy said I had to pay for two pops since we SHARED .. he gave me 3 tickets one for $40, 39, and 37. I called him out on the scam!! Do not waist your time dealing with this horrible service.

Will not be returning. Slow service and only one person actually waiting on tables while 2 other people sat in back. Even when it was busy. I called ahead to make sure they would accept a coupon i planned to use and they said yes, once I got there they told me no. The lady who came over to tell me no was rude and basically said "sucks to suck" in more words because "the manager isn't here to approve this". My sons burrito was cold and they wouldn't replace it. And they charged me 35c for a Togo box.

We have been there 5 or 6 times and every time we've been there. We've tried a different meal and they have all been excellent. Customer service was unbelievable.

Very greasy and not real appealing.My wife tried the Fiesta Sampler.Most parts of it were very greasy. Not very appetizing!.Waitress was abrupt and not around, not because it was busy. We were one of three tables.I gave the smallest tip I have ever given (5%).I have liked El Loro franchises before but I won't go back here.

We came in at 9:30 pm and they close at 10. We had a party of 8 they waited on us and treated us like we were the first customers of the day rather then the last who stayed longer then they are opened. Service was amazing. Food was also good .Kid-friendliness: They were really good with the kids saying their own order. And were super patient.

I'm a Doordasher. Every time I come here I have to wait way too long, but today was truly unacceptable. 35 minutes past the quoted pick up time. No one offered to help, or anything. Just looked away and kept doing their own thing.
