I believe I received a subpar Prime Rib Roast, predominantly composed of fat. About half of it was fat.
I intend to give this local butcher another chance. We will see how it goes.

In this area we have a lot of little hometown meat shops this is one of the best that I've ever been to The staff is incredibly friendly The food that they prepare is beautifully done and the product that they offer is delicious. My only complaint is the fact that they use high fructose corn syrup. I won't fault them for that because from a production standpoint it's much simpler than other options but I think that it would improve their product if they went the extra step and didn't use high fructose corn syrup. Thank you for supporting your local veterans!!! I recently switched to buying all my products locally from locally owned grocers and and farmers markets. Thank you for the beautiful experience in your store!!!
