second time there to get sandwiches...... my husband picked them up. we ordered 2 rueben sandwiches. they didn't have any sauerkraut . that's what I like about Ruebens. very disappointed. price is reasonable. but to skip ingredients is not cool. is this their norm?

This place just gets better every year! Clean, bountiful store that offers sandwiches and other grab and go food beyond meat. Complimentary hot coffee while you shop. Fantastic selection of brats, jerky etc. *Signature shredded pork worth traveling for. This place has become a Sauk Rapids staple..and beyond.

I have never been to this shop. But while in Jackson, MN, we stopped at a small grocery store where I found some Buffalo Blue Cheese Meat Sticks. I bought one package. I tried one before reluctantly sharing them with my husband and children. I don’t have many foods that make me want to go back for seconds. Before leaving town two days later, we stopped in that store again to buy more. There were 9 packages left. I bought them all along with ice to pack with them in the lunchbox and nothing else. I put them in the freezer and am slowly enjoying these and worry about the day that I run out because 18 hours round trip is a long way to drive for most meat sticks, but not these. Someday I will have to make that journey. Not today or tomorrow. But someday. Until then I will eat them sporadically to satisfy the craving.
