Mixin' It Up Gluten Free Bakery

I bought bars and cookies for my friend with celiac disease and we both loved them! An added bonus that staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back!

The wait for cupcakes i ordered was long, but it was the was lacking customer service that turned me off no apologies for the wait, no thank you and I wish they would have told me they needed to stay cool, I drove an hour to get then ao the frosting had shifted/melted by the time I got home .. also charged me $6.00 for plastic picks in cupcakes - plain plastic picks I assume (my fault) they were gonna be fancy or nice - nope cheap birthday picks for 1 each the cupcakes tasted ok not special but fine

Did a large order of macaroons for our wedding and they were perfect and done on time! We were able to customize all of our flavors and our guests loved them!

Recently I had made a post in our local community groups inquiring about somewhere that could make us a Gluten Free cake. Our 3rd child passed away in August of 2019 and we have a tradition to celebrate his birthday with a cake, like we would with our living children. A lot of the community was so kind with lots of really great suggestions. Out of all the suggestions, Mixin it up Bakery was the most commented. Before I even got a chance to inquire, the sweet ladies at Mixin it up offered to gift us a beautiful cake to celebrate our son. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious, but beautifully crafted. My family really enjoyed it and it helped make a really tough day a little bit sweeter. Thank you Mixin it up Bakery for your generosity and care in doing this for us. We are beyond grateful and will be life long customers. I am looking forward to ordering cakes for my other children in the future.

I stopped in for some treats for the first time last week and each one was DELICIOUS! You have a cute shop with an incredible selection, there's something for anyone that has a sweet tooth!

My first time to Mixin It Up and I tried a donut and brought some bread home. All were amazing! So good that I questioned if it could really be gluten free! I will definitely be back!

My GF son was so excited to come here and know that he could have anything in this place! He has ARFID, and he even branched out and tried some new flavors since they were GF!

This Bakery is amazing! Not just the gluten free food, but the great prices and the super friendly staff. They go above and beyond. I live in Minneapolis and spend quite a bit time in the St. Cloud Area. This is my 1st stop when I get to town. This is a great oasis for the gluten free community. I can't wait to visit again.
Stop on in. You will not be disappointed!

I recently found out I need to be gluten-free and decided to check out this bakery—I'm so glad I did! Everything I've tried so far has been absolutely amazing and delicious. My favorites are the snickerdoodle meringues and the pesto Parmesan bread. The texture is incredible—nothing grainy like I was expecting. Honestly, it's better than most gluten breads I've had. Highly recommend to anyone, gluten-free or not!

When we get a chance to come to this bakery it is always amazing. The food is delicious and incredible. The staff is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend. The only problem I have is that we live too far away.

This place is amazing ! The fact that they have delicious baked goods that are also gluten free and celiac safe is absolutely incredible. I would recommend is you have celiac and a sweet tooth. This is the place for you !
