I've had BBQ in Tennessee, Louisiana, Florida, Missouri, and all over Minnesota, but nothing that compares to Smokin D's by far the best BBQ. I've tried almost everything on the menu and everything on the menu is delicious. Don the owner is one of the nicest people you will meet. Very welcoming staff. All around best place to eat in Minnesota.
Not only the best BBQ is town, it's some of the best food you can get in the saint cloud area. Be sure to try the fried catfish, and pulled pork with a side of Caribbean cabbage. My personal favorite meal here is fried catfish with fried chicken and sides of baked beans and Caribbean cabbage.
Quiet, laid-back and has plenty of parking. Not a big place, it's almost cozy. Staff was cheerful and helpful and food was ready quickly. Ribs are tasty and fall of the bone. The baked beans are thick and smokey, very nice. A little on the expensive side and I wish they'd have bottles of their sauce at the tables.
