It's been a while since we've picked up food from here. I was so looking forward to it, this is my favorite Asian restaurant. I was very disappointed. The fried rice had a very stale taste to it and I couldn't figure it out until I smelled it. It was a rancid oil smell. The sesame chicken coating was so hard on some pieces that it cracked when I stuck my fork in it. The chicken lo mein, hot and spicy chicken and hot and spicy shrimp was good. Our total spend was 68.25.

We've ordered take out a handful of times over the past two years and have experienced a noticeable decline in the quality of food. Fried rice has been bland and the orange chicken has been soggy and lacking flavor. The only thing that's stayed consistent is the egg drop and wonton soups, both are still delicious.

Great food friendly owner. Been going there for years! Highly recommended!
I’ve been in Savage for 10 years and have frequently came here. Asian bowl used to be much better but I can tell it’s become a cost cutting restaurant. My last 2 or 3 times getting my favorite Kung Pao chicken has been a bad experience. She’s replacing chicken for boat loads of roasted nuts. The proportions are all wrong and it’s gotten way saltier than it ever used to be. This place has always had good prices but a good price doesn’t mean anything if the food doesn’t taste good.

Great mom and pop Chinese takeout restaurant! Try their Hong Kong shrimp with the shell on! It’s delicious! Veggie Delight and Orange Chicken if a couple others our family likes!

I usually come here for cheap tasty food but Saturday I called multiple times with no answer. It said online they were open and nothing on their website said they'd be closed. I ended up finding another place to go to and will continue going to in the future. The staff is friendlier, they don't cheat you on sauce packets and they are reliable.
I've ordered from here several times over the past several years and it's always been 4-5 stars, however this past week it was not. The Kung Pau chicken was simply peanuts, sauce, and chicken, no trace of vegetables. The walnut shrimp had stale walnuts in it. Hopefully they can turn things around.

It really pains me to write a bad review for a local business but here we are. When we first moved into Savage 7ish years ago, we thought this was a decent fast food Chinese option. Nothing to write home about but enjoyable. But in the last few years, the food has just gone downhill and is straight up BAD. Every sauce seems to taste the same, which is minimal flavor. Any dish with a batter coated chicken, like the orange chicken or general tso, is 75% breading and just a little bit of chicken…
I’m a big Chinese food fan and this is just not worth spending money on. Though unlikely, I hope they see this review and consider improving their recipes.

I had kung pao chicken and egg roll and cheese puff. Was not at all as I was expecting for ( bland ) flavor, very salty simply not for me. This place is always busy so I thought I would give it a try. The lady there was super nice and this place is busy. 😁

I’ve had a lot of Pad Thai in my life so I’m pretty sure what I received was not Pad Thai. It had some of the ingredients you’d expect like chicken, rice noodles, and a bit of egg, and while it didn’t taste terrible, it was not even close to what I expected. Disappointed.
