I admire this venue very much. It has a happy mood. The cuisine is splendid. the service is effective and the waiters are well trained. The price is fair. profoundly recommend.
I am so sad to hear about the closing of Bonfire! My Grandpa's Brother started this restaurant, his name was Axel. I will miss your ribs and the comfort of this place! So sad!!! It is such a weird time right now! Good luck and stay safe everyone!
We actually had a pretty great time here. I now always like to rank places in my head by how well my one year old daughter does at them. This one was really good for her. The waitress took care of us well and it was just a fun night.
I ordered the Drunk N Dirty Sirloin, rice pilaf, and green beans suggested by our waiter. The steak was cooked medium rare as I requested and very flavorful! The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and he was very engaging. Great job!!!
The food is good. The service is exceptional. I understand Bonfire is not a beer bar; however, the tap lineup needs a serious overall. I've been going to this place for 10 years+, and the list has always been lackluster. There is no difference between the beers offered here and any other place. I'd love to offer suggestions.
From the moment you arrive in this restaurant team give you a great feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a happy place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. yummy food, professional chef de cuisine, reasonable cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.
Not great, they ran out of meat on New Year's Eve. My food was overcooked. The food we got was sub-par. My friend's water glass was cracked nearly all the way around. It reminded me why I don't go there. Oh well, it was worth a shot. The beer was good so stars for that.
We went in and ordered. Waitress comes back and says what I ordered is no longer available for the night. Okay- understandable. I order something else. My husband orders a meal. Get our meals and my husband gets an extra side (which they originally say they were out of) and a wrong different side. My meal ( chicken and asparagus) was so dry!!!
Got the Thai chicken gluten free pizza, salmon, and whiskey sirloin. The food was great, especially the pizza. We also got some wine and beer during happy hour. We noticed when we got our bill that we had been overcharged for the wine and beer. What the server did was she assumed we wanted the larger of 2 sizes for wine and therefore charged us $8 more. When we pointed this out she just argued with us and said yes, that is what she had done. We ended up getting some of the extra money off but we didn't get happy hour pricing.
The food was delicious. It has some options that are less common on the menu, but I like that as it is nice to have different foods. The service seemed a bit slow even though the restaurant wasnt very busy. The drinks were strong.

We had dinner there last night on New Year's Eve. Perhaps they were understaffed-but the cocktails were weak, my Salmon Ceasar salad was not even edible. My husband ordered a steak and it was marginal at best. My salmon fillet was totally overcooked-almost woodenly bone dry. To their credit they prepared another fillet but it arrived at the end of our meal with no seasoning and was still on the dry side. It was clear they just quickly cooked another with no thought to the fact it was supposed to be 'cedar plank'. Service was slow but that could be because they weren't able to handle the crowd. We will not be back.
Everything was grand, between the wait staff to bartender to the food coming out of the back room. Great atmosphere, good food and delicious drinks! Definitely try out Bonfire sometime! Go in ready for a good time, and you will be sure to have one!
Amazing food Drunk & Dirty Sirloin, they have a Mayhem game there. It was fun, went to a web page to play. Wish we all had a cash keyose tip option.
Overpriced suburban fare that comes from a Sysco Food truck. Nothing special at all. Could probably make better at home. You are paying for the Ambiance, which is nice. When we were there they had music trivia which was great entertainment. I still don't think it was worth what we paid for our meals. Suburbs could do better.
First time at Bonfire Decided on the Savage location. Tonight my wife and I were celebrating our 2 year anniversary. Our waiter Jake was truly awesome! He was patient and knew his menu. He took his time to answer all of our questions. Great food! Great service! Totally recommend Bonfire and definitely ask for Jake.
