Used to be a fan but after several bad experiences have to agree with several of the most recent reviews. Latest delivery was a fiasco over 30 minutes later than promised cold and wrong order. Called back they were aware and promised to send out correct order. Delivery showed up again and unfortunately it’s incorrect again , could tell delivery man was flustered as he could not speak English so he did not understand he was at wrong location with incorrect order. Location was aware when we called back again as they said pizza was there on the counter and could be delivered. At this point we decided to cancel order.

Came in for a carry out pizza. The place was understaffed and appeared disorganized and unclean. Pizza was under cooked. Feel ripped off for the price paid.

Overall absolutely not worth the money. The pizza was completely ruined and undercooked and doughy raw specs. The meatballs and toast was okay but meatball overcooked. I’ve also been there in person and it’s pretty basic and unimpressive. I will not order here anymore. Should have went with my gut and order Savoys. Ughhh.At least I got money back from DoorDash.Just so disappointing. Don’t buy any food from here. There are better pizza places out there.

For $30 I was expecting a perfect pizza.

Pizza was disgusting. 0/5 stars was like cardboard, not cut well, DRENCHED in tomato sauce, and had maybe THREE pieces of each pineapple and Canadian bacon. Gave my whole family food poisoning and I also got horrible reflux and heartburn which never happens after eating pizza. DO NOT buy this pizza.

However I will add that we got a 100% refund.

Ordered for delivery to a hotel instead of my house since family was visiting. Pie Fry combo and they delivered a 20oz Diet Coke instead of a 2 liter. The pan pizza wasn’t cut all the way through the dough so we had to get knives to finish cutting it. When I called to complain I was given a manager who said they’d bring the 2 liter. I advised we already purchased soda from a machine for the kids. Then he doubted the pizza wasn’t cut throughout. When we started ordering years ago the pizza was good but the last few times the quality has gone down.Plenty of other good pizza places around. Otherwise go to the lakeville location never have an issue at that one.

It is very obvious that this Carbones is a franchise and not run by the original owners. The first time we ordered here about a year ago I noted how soggy the bottom of the crust was, and how low quality the wings were. The wings were of decent size, but had enlarged veins and were soggy and just pretty gross in general.Flash forward to tonight when we tried them again. Pizza was decent, still undercooked on the bottom. I ordered the wings more done to hopefully avoid the same issue as last time. This is what we got. They were whole wings, but looked to be from a young or malnourished chicken. I’m not kidding when I say I have never seen chicken wings this small, as a whole wing they were smaller than a flat at any normal restaurant. The veins again were very prominent and they were in general just terrible. I’ve honestly NEVER seen such poor quality chicken sold at a restaurant. These would be UNSELLABLE at a dine in location.It is very obvious that the franchise owner is buying incredibly low quality chicken and has been for some time. There is no excuse for this, not when every other restaurant in the area is bucking up and at least buying decent chicken. A classic example of a franchise cutting corners to maximize their margins. A terrible business plan if you want to stay in business! Look at the reviews from the last 6 months. This place is down bad.

I used to love this restaurant, but this past Sunday, October 8th I was hit will sticker shock when I picked up my order. First of all their new set up, means employees have their back to the door. I had to call out 3 times before they acknowledged I was there. Next came the bill, I substituted chicken for Canadian bacon on a hawaiian pizza which became a build your own and was charged for extra toppings. Then I was ask if I wanted marinara sauce with the cheese bread. I said sure, was then charged an extra dollar. When I placed the order was asked if I wanted to pay when I pick up the order. I said yes and was charged a non cash service fee even though I paid cash. I feel I was nickeled and dimed with the whole transaction.

Ok pizza but not the quality of the Carbones on Co Rd 46 in Lakeville. Not sure why things would be that different.

This particular carbones location has really been letting me down lately. Tonight my order took 65 minutes (25 longer than estimated) and didn’t get any sort of acknowledgment or apology.The cheese on my pizza was borderline burnt, and yet the pizza was nearly room temp. It looked like they shorted me on cheese and sauce because, as you can see in the pic, the crust is double the size of a normal Carbones pizza. It’s like I got 2’’ less pizza. To top it all off, they forgot to cut the pizza. Imagine trying to tell someone how good Carbones pizza is, and then this is what shows up at your door.
