If I could, I would give my experience 0 stars. Simone was so rude and so was the kid after her. She clearly didn’t want to be at work today, threw my food in a bag, picked it up and tossed it at me. I had asked for a drink and receipt too, she gave me neither so I waited. Mind you it wasn’t busy. A kid walked up and asked if I needed something. I said I had ordered a drink and need a receipt and that she was quite rude tossing my food at me. He laughed and said, I don’t know what you want me to do about it. I said, how about an apology for the poor customer service? He laughed again, shrugged and said not much I can do. I tried to call to speak to a manager but AI prevents you from talking to anyone at the store so I decided to post something.
Always disappointed after I eat here. Tonight is probably the last time I will ever eat here. I don’t understand what’s so hard about making a burrito. Chipotle needs to standardize proportions. Measuring cups exist.

Do not order chipotle lane. Missing items. Wrong orders. Instructions not followed (asked for extra sour cream and there's barely the normal amount), the problems are endless. Go in or dont go at all

They took away the best thing on the menu which was the honey chicken I went there 3 days a week just for that menu item. And all my co workers are disappointed about this decision as well.

I cannot believe the absolute state of some of the people working here. The young lady had long black hair that looked greasy and unwashed, like she rolled out of bed and came to work looking like that. The man was tall with semi-long curly black hair that looked like he hadn’t seen a comb in weeks. Both of them were not only completely unprofessional in appearance but also incredibly rude. I’ve never seen such a disregard for basic hygiene and manners. Completely unacceptable.

THE WORST CHIPOTLE CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY 23 YEARS OF LIFE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEASANTS. I HAVE GONE HERE TWICE AND HAD TO LEAVE MY FOOD TWICE BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO GO GO THE SECOND KITCHEN FOR AN INGREDIENT JUST BECAUSE IT IS FOR MOBILE ORDERS ONLY EVEN THOUGH MY BOWL AUTOMATICALLY COMES WITH THE ITEM. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU ARE WILLING TO EVEN PAY EXTRA WHEN YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO. THEY LIE AND SAY THEY ARE OUT OF THE SPECIFIC ITEM EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT…. THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING THEY NEVER HAVE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS OUT.

I try to avoid this location if possible. I went there today out of convenience and I was again disappointed. They missed many of the ingredients on my order...again. Read the other reviews. This is a common theme. Clearly they don't care about their customers. It would be helpful if you could even voice your disappointment to them directly, but the phone number only gets you to a robo service.

Probably the worst chipotle I have been to. They make something different because my bowls taste of overbearing cilantro. They cross contaminate almost everything which is dangerous for people who are vegetarian or allergic to beans. The chips are always stale but this time they were soggy. (Someone sprayed lime juice or something all over them). Their guac is always brown which I know happens when left out for awhile but unappealing. The staff isn’t necessarily the best either.

absolutely horrible. put in a online order and they forgot to put half of the toppings we ordered on them. their guacamole is horrible, they gave us a side of basically just an avocado, looks like someone was to lazy to actually make it.

Have been here countless times and something always goes wrong. Either it will be closed unexpectedly with a hand written sign on the door or they will mess up your food order.
They give you horrible portions at this chipotle and makes it not worth the money.
If you come you here, you have to go in and order because they will mess up a drive through order every single time and leave out key ingredients you ordered. I have continued coming here due to convenience but will not ever come to this chipotle again. The 2 Shakopee locations nearby are much better staff and quality. This savage location is the worst one. I hope Chipotle Corp takes away this franchise from the current ownership.

Typically, I try to write positive reviews even if my experience wasn't great, but I can't help myself. I have been to Chipotle across the country, but this place is the worst. Food is cold and the staff is rude. The quality is awful and the prices do not align with what you get. I paid extra for chips several times - every single time they were stale and barely edible. I hope the new CEO sees this post (not holding my breath). This place is so bad its embarrassing. I would literally be ashamed to work here. Lastly, tell your staff that if they want tips (which they are not entitled to), DO BETTER.

I usually go to this Chipotle because it is the closest to me that being said it’s been a few times now that the staff is either rude, passive, or unattentive. I go all times of day on different days so it’s not just one person/ a certain shift. Today the girl at the cash register was rude she had light brown hair and brown eyes. After paying for my meal I was waiting for her to hand me a few cups that i had paid for, I asked her politely the first time. She looked at me blankly, keep in mind there is a line behind me. I start to feel uncomfortable because i wasn’t sure if i was herd but we were making eye contact the whole time i asked… anyways one of her coworkers after a minute of awkwardly not moving from my place pulled out the cups and gave it to me where the other girl apologized to her coworker but didnt really say anything to me which just confused me. Regardless the whole checking out process was rude .

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Chipotle. I spent $48.50, and the service was terrible. I simply asked for a water cup, and the manager gave me attitude and claimed they don’t give out water cups after a certain time — something I’ve never experienced before at this or any other location.
The manager was rude and dismissive, and the employees also seemed uninterested in helping customers. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty and not well maintained. I’ve visited this location several times in the past, but this was by far the worst experience.
Hate to say it, but this was the worst customer service I’ve received at any Chipotle. Really disappointing.

1 June 2025 I love and respect chipotle, but this spot upsets me, it used to be better here, but now, alas, it's worse, either the quality of the food or the staff. I come here rarely, once every few months, and I have something to compare with, I see this difference and it's big, and every time I'm here - it's bad or not as good as it turns out at other Chipotle, this has been going on for more than one year. I want to believe that the management of this place 140008 will be able to change the current situation, every time I have to go further to another address of Chipotle to get a better product.
