This place is open till 11 but every time I come in at 8pm ish
they are normally out most items or they are old & look extremely un-appetizing,

The Al-Pastor chicken that that’s been advertised on the radio a lot lately is completely gone too !

They don’t have any chicken I re-peat

The manager today told me that they didn’t order chicken …someone forgot… how crazy is that? Lol.

This is the third time that I’ve left without ordering because of issues like this.

Your hours say close at 11 not 8 PM so you should put on your best & freshest show until 11 PM and not start closing the restaurant down at 8 PM because that’s not your hours that you’ve advertised.

Oh, and don’t forget to order chicken from your supplier

I won’t be back.

i ALWAYS have issues at this place. they mess up my rice 100% of the time without fail, mess up my tacos, never have soda, and have extremely lazy staff. this is the worst chipotle i have ever been too, and this last time was the last straw. i didn’t receive half of my order that i paid for, and everything in it was wrong. and oh yeah…20 MINUTES LATE. this place is straight up a joke.

Asked for a protein bowl like the one serving or chicken and they looked at me like I’m speaking German I said forget about it and they didn’t even try to serve me after, employees don’t know their own menu

Seems the food preparation for online orders is dismal. My recent order when I couldn't eat in only to find a shocking attempt when I get home. One bowl had just steak and rice when it was suppose to also have peppers, corn salsa, Pico salsa, cheese and lettuce. The other bowl was barbacoa with various toppings, that added in error a couple shreds of lettuce, a single green pepper, corn salsa 1 1/2 large bay leaves and missing hot salsa and Pico. After multiple attempts to contact i was refunded my money. Chipotle doesn't offer 800 live help even via chat and the local restaurant doesn't answer. I would have gone back but was far from restaurant and didn't have the ability to wait to have it remade. BTW, I also tipped 10%.

What a pleasant surprise! The absolute best service I have ever had at a “fast” restaurant. They were beyond various with celiac disease. The food was excellent. The only critique is the dinning areas in every chipotle I go to are filthy. They need a thorough cleaning.

This is indeed the worst Chipotle in the area, maybe anywhere. The portions are always odd. Way too much of some stuff and not enough of others. My last order here will be my last order despite it being so close to my house. Picked up my food in the chipotlane and my wife had it sitting on her lap. We got home and the bowls were made so poorly that they were soaking wet and leaked all over the bottom of the bag. When my wife got out of the car the bag broke and all the food fell out on the garage floor. I tried calling the store. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted my wife’s bowl remade (although I could’ve asked that all of it be remade). As it turns out, you can’t call the store and the automated line ends up connecting me with a customer service agent that might as well have not been an actual person. “Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, Jake. I understand that *checks notes* items being bagged properly is very important to you.” (?????) I don’t understand why corporations think frustrated people want to be talked to that way, but that’s beside the point. The woman credited my account for two free entrees and two kids meals, which is not what I wanted. I’ll be redeeming it at another location and after that I may not even go back to another chipotle. Absolutely ridiculous from top to bottom. This store desperately needs new leadership.

Horrible quality EVERY time I order from here and I don’t know why I keep trying. Overcooked meat, abysmal portions, missing items from my order, seriously every time. Chat with Pepper gives me free guac for my poor experience? Do better. Let’s start there.

You got to keep the mobile line moving. Did a mobile pickup, the place was busy so earliest pickup was 30 minutes from when the order was placed. Which is fine, I get it, you are busy. I get there on time and wait another 30 minutes before the app says it is ready (no warning for me or any way to know a realistic time) and then I wait in line in my car for mobile pickup for another 20 minutes. Its the last wait that gets me, I was only 5 cars behind. If someone is sitting there and their food isnt ready, you got to tell them to go and keep the line moving. Absolutely ridiculous almost 3x longer than you said to get my food. Figure it out.

Drive to Burnsville or Shakopee. This is a pitiful store. Underseasoned food, always out of items, small portion sizes. Go elsewhere. This store should close down.
