This Chipotle genuinely makes the worst burritos I’ve ever eaten. Every time I’m forced to eat from here, I’m somehow disappointed even further. The portions and flavor are so poor that I’d rather eat a stale loaf of bread and drink spoiled milk.

Do not come here. Seriously. Half of my take out order was completely wrong (it was like it was someone else’s order). When I returned to the restaurant, the staff person was indignant, saying that chicken was on the burrito so it must be right. When I insisted that the order was completely incorrect, she told me she couldn’t do anything about it and to pull up my app and fill out the complaint card. Then she returned to what she was doing as if I wasn’t there. So now I’m stuck sitting on the app, trying to figure out how to navigate Chipotle’s (terrible) customer service, and I still don’t have dinner for my family. Save yourself the headache. Don’t come here.

I dont feel I'm very welcome coming here. It seems like I'm always getting the bottom scraps in those empty stainless bins. No one seems to give a shit, no management apparent. This used to be my favorite place to eat in a fast food setting, but I'm done.

We love Chipotle. The burritos are always delicious and the staff fill up the bowls with rice, beans, meat, veggies, cheese, salsa, etc.
Never order anything online here. It will not be done on time or even close. Do not rely on this place for your food. If you have to just go in or use the drive through. People are just waiting to make food for people coming in. I’ve been waiting here for over 35 minutes past when it was supposed to be done.

This locations customer service is awful. Doors opened at 10:45 as the first customer I was not helped until 10:51 with staff constantly walking by. Food was not set up in the bins yet and they didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there or apologized for the wait. This location makes it very hard to want to come back.

This was last year but I’m still pissed. I went one day and they were running a promotion where if I wrote a positive review I would get a free chips and guac coupon. I left the good review and received the coupon. When I went to use the coupon the next day the manager said they weren’t doing that promotion and that my coupon wasn’t valid. I said “Your own employee gave it to me and it’s signed”. She then proceeded to rip it up and throw it in the trash and told me that the employee wasn’t supposed to give it to me. Even if he wasn’t suppose to hand it out, as a customer with a coupon and leaving a positive review just give me the damn chips. Anyways still salty a year later.
Don’t go there if you’re picking up order, it will take forever to get the order.

I had Jose and the crew cater my wife's birthday. I couldn't be happier. Not only was the food awesome and the service great. The order came with everything needed to serve and eat. Tongs, serving spoons, plates, napkins. Thank you Jose and crew for an awesome experience. I will definitely be back.

Friday December 6th. They are only doing online orders. Great! I only order online. I should've known better.. The inside is locked and the drive thru is currently 13 cars long with no movement for 10 minutes.

I have had 2 issues here already. When trying to pick up through the drive thru I was stuck there for an hour because they did not have any of the online orders done and we were all blocked in by a truck that was unloading for the building next door.
2nd issue was my husband showed up there yesterday at 7:30pm (hours say they are open until 10pm) the girl behind the counter gave him an attitude and told him all they had was chicken and rice, nothing else, they did not prep anything else despite being open until 10pm.. he even asked if they are going to be making stuff in the back and she replied “this is all we have.” The people who clearly work here are young and do not care.. you are better off going to Burnsville for quality and service.
