I used to love Culver's! The last time my wife and I went we spent over $35 for cold, small portions, dry, unrecognizable food from Culver's! I never experienced that at a Culver's before. They have always been a bit more expensive, which was fine as the food was hot, fresh and delicious. We left hungry and disappointed. Never going back, unfortunately. So sad as I used to truly enjoy going there.

Sort of disappointed from last time i was here 5 years ago. Back then the burgers were thick and juicy. This time the meat was wafer thin. Almost took it back cause i thought they forgot. It was overshadowed by the 2 slices of cold cheese. Just saying.

Haven’t had it in 6 months. Wanted to celebrate. Asked for the new pepper grinder pub burger but on sourdough with extra pepper mayo and pickles. Got barely any mayo and zero pickles. I even went inside to order my to-go order in fear of them messing up. Was on way to cabin so unable to turn around. Always a miss at this location but this time I had to let ya know after so many.

I ordered a take out and my FRY'S were so cold and soggy the shake given to me was half melted my burger bun was in toasted and raw as well

At the time I visit at this chain it was not busy. It was clean. The service was good as expected.

I just spoke with the manager to express my disappointment. What I received was not a Double Bacon Deluxe ButterBurger. The meat was flat and nearly transparent—definitely not a double quarter pound. There were no fried onions, and I didn’t get the extra pickles I specifically asked for. The lettuce soaked the bun, which wasn’t even toasted. Worst of all, the burger had zero seasoning—completely bland.
I paid $15.89 for this, the sandwich was 7.89. I understand I added a large fry $3… tax 1.20 something but this kind of price jump and drop in quality is unacceptable. The ButterBurger used to actually taste like butter—this one didn’t.
The manager mentioned the lettuce had too much water and something about a new supplier—well, that’s not the customer’s problem. If you’re serving soggy buns, underwhelming meat, and missing toppings, it’s your job to fix it before it leaves the kitchen.
To top it all off, I wasn’t even offered a coupon or any incentive to come back. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I got there at 10:20 for a DoorDash order and nobody answered the speaker at the drive-through so I pulled up to the window at 10:28. They told me to pull up to the door. Nobody ever brought out the food. They never told me to come in. I Didn’t get the order until 1040 after I pulled back to the window and they told me to come in this store has the worst service I’ve ever received at any Culver’s. You need to fire the manager and get new employees that actually care about customers. And I watched another customer pull away from the The drive-through because nobody was answering the speaker. He drove by me really slow and he looked really confused. I know for sure you guys lost one customer and I’m gonna tell everybody about this Culver’s and I’m gonna tell him don’t go there.
