Haven’t had it in 6 months. Wanted to celebrate. Asked for the new pepper grinder pub burger but on sourdough with extra pepper mayo and pickles. Got barely any mayo and zero pickles. I even went inside to order my to-go order in fear of them messing up. Was on way to cabin so unable to turn around. Always a miss at this location but this time I had to let ya know after so many.

Have been eating Culver's for quite a while and it just confuses me why they can never get my order right as I'm standing in front of them ordering it. As the prices go up the less I go there. They do have quality food but is it worth the headaches of somebody now listening? It's a fine line...

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and quick service.
Julianna, the manager, gave excellent service! My DoorDash driver messed up an order and when I called Culver’s, she fixed the order without any trouble and was so understanding. I really appreciate how she handled the situation. Very graceful and very kind. Big fan of Julianna, give that woman a raise!

Being new going through the drive thru was not good. Got my drink but waited quite a long time to get it and was by a long time member told me to "move up". I felt that was rude but no one from the store told me how far to move up. Will never return there again. Patrons are very rude!!
