So we got our ice cream and we waited for around 15 minutes for 2 hamburgers with very rude workers. On the intercom taking are order and when we payed never going back waiting over 30 minutes for that is unexceptable. Get it together

Don't order to them through Door Dash. They gave our food to the wrong person because they didn't verify the person was actually with Door Dash or with our order. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes because they screwed up. My Door Dash driver called me about the situation and they were unhelpful in saving the problem. They said they will make our order but it will be 20 minutes before they can get it out. Not friendly to the customer when they screw up.
Update: once I got the food it was ice cold and attached a picture of the amount of chicken they put on the sandwich.

Rude people! I saw my fries sitting there long before the burgers were ready. When I asked for fresh, they made them but kept talking loudly about it amongst each other. I’ll find a different location

Place was terrible. Took over 50 minutes just to get some 6 tender combo with fries and onion rings. When I got the order, it was only 3 pieces with undercooked fries lmao. The 14 year olds that work here are on zaza bruh.
Manager on shift (Daniel) thinks it’s okay to initiate physical altercations with customers, as he tried to start an physical fight with my father. Owner clearly condones behavior as there was no action taken. Definitely not the kind of management that should be running an establishment where younger teenagers work.

messed up my order, he gave me the ice cream while it’s was melted all over the cup(took almost 10 mins to make it), got the royal network cheesecake with no cheesecake pieces in it even tho i didn’t removed the cheesecake pieces. ice cream was melted as well. would be nice if i can get offered back a free ice cream that i ordered (after this feedback has reached out).
