Very rude to me. Treated me less because im a delivery driver. Read other reviews looks like this is common definitely talk to your staff. I will not be coming back again.

They don’t respect DoorDash drivers. Treating people differently? The AUDACITY? You need new employees. I didn’t even bother to pick up the order. I canceled it ASAP. Most absolute trash service, don’t order from here and don’t go here. Save yourself your money and trouble. ‼️

It's your typical Dairy Queen. Clean inside and out. I don't think any fast food restaurants should ask for a tip. It's annoying.

7 yrs later I try this place again. In drivethru trying to order, and noise was so loud in background I couldn't hear or be heard. Background noise was VERY clear. Heated argument between two young people. Sounded like it was going violent.....was about to ask if I should call police to get things settled down! Good grief! It was very awkward when I drove to window to place my order. This is a food service, and to be so careless and thoughtless to why these people working are there...I don't understand their behavior was allowed. When I got to window noise was gone and looking inside window..looked like 2 kids acting very sheepishly... That behavior allowed in front of a customer facing company should be fired. The food was great! But the atmosphere I heard made me lose my appetite. This is the worst place. The staff talk and fool around with each other too much and screwup orders or just forget about them. The manager never looks at you when you attempt to let her know you didn't get your food and you've been there 30 minutes. And they DON'T FILL ORDERS in order they get them.

Normally i love Diary Queen but the experience dealing with the employee Dayshon is why they only get 1 star. He is super rude to me everytime im in there. He ignores you, slams your stuff down on the counter, and changes your order without asking just to name a few things he did this last time. Finally I had enough so I called him out on his ignoring me and walking away though I stayed respectful then he started to yell at me. Thats right he was yelling at me and lying then he proceeded to glare at me even after he left. I know it's unacceptable as a former fastfood restraunt employee who also managed a kitchen. The only thing I did until now was be respectful and be openly trans with my pronoun pins on.

Worst Dairy Queen ever!! Went to order the Oreo pie blizzard and can’t because it’s only a mobile order and then ask for extra fudge on my sundae and definitely was not extra fudge. Get your act together. I have come in a handful of times and staff is just sitting around goofing around and not acting professional

You're a fast food place. Stop freaking charging 10-15$ for a freakin meal! ESPECIALLY since you're advertising, it's one of your cheap meals. Nobody is going to pay ten dollars for 3 chicken strips! I cannot wait to watch you guys close forever!
I got stuck in the drive thru for 40 minutes (not hyperbole) . I'm just now almost to the window where I can pay. Maybe this is why McDonalds always says their ice cream machine is broken. Because it would take too long to serve a couple blizzards.
I may or may not ever get through this line. If you spot me. I'll be the guy who died waiting in line. This is genuinely horrendous.

The tall skinny guy with brown hair was really nice to me when I was there yesterday, I think his name was like cart or smth, the blonde guy was super rude though
Choc Brownie extreme blizzard had no chocolate in it, fries were cold, workers said they didn’t have silverware/forks (??), and also took excessively long to get our food when there was only 1 other person in line. 0/5 stars if I could
