Worst experience ever when he came I signed the receipt he seen I didn’t give a tip because I didn’t have funds right now and he made a rude remark and stormed off and let the receipt drop. Ridiculous customer service my order number was #178 and it was on 11/06-07 around 12:30am and he had brown hair and glasses

Very disrespectful, customer service is terrible order a pizza last night and it kook like they put pizza in box with left overs pizza was old looking and not even hot I was told they put my name and number on just but it was never out the list so I was told they can't find out who took that order but if I wanted another pizza I have to pay again how does that make since I'm a unhappy customer who just order last night and you just say I'm out of luck how professional is that customers are always right until you can satisfy them to fill good about the service savage domino big F on that and I did speak to manager and I see why places don't get ran better have to have a great leader to lead everyone can't be a leader. Food for thought it's better to keep a happy customer then to lose one for bad services ..

Imagine this, you work a job and cancel an order before closing time… You start closing long before you’re supposed to close. I really hope you realize closing time means you are no longer making food. Not “oh let’s start cleaning up” before we are even supposed to be done working. This generation is beyond pathetic and has zero work ethic.

People play w your food I don't like that at all I asked for Buffalo pizza they made a cheese and chicken pizza an sent it to me . Upon calling in the order they remade the pizza sarcastically by drowning the updated Buffalo pizza the remake in all sauceits like they poured it everywhere, an didn't sprinkle instead they doused it with Buffalo sauce. I put napkins on it to try and collect most of the sauce we didn't end up eating it. I feel like the customer service is leaving due to the rogue individuals that base their integrity off the tips a customer should be assertive in giving them. I really like dominos its my go to butt I don't like people playing w my food they know exactly how to make that Buffalo pizza and why was my pizza doused in Buffalo sauce when it should of had an reasonable recommend amount of sauce on it.

The day crew is amazing. Every pizza is near perfect and made as ordered. The night crews are an entirely different story. Pizzas are poorly made, lots of bubbles, never made as ordered. Often missing the extra sauce, extra toppings, overall very sloppy work. Also, I wish they kept a cooperate music station playing because they often play music with innapropriate messages and lyrics at night. I am never sure if I can bring my kids in or not.
