I was ordering a pizza online using my points. When I clicked order, it said āweāre having technical difficulties. Try again or call the storeā. When I called the store a guy answered and I told him what was going on and he said yeah their app is having some issues. I asked how I could order using my points then and his response wasā¦ you canāt. Thereās nothing I can do. Very rudely might I add. I said there has to be some way, can I come in and do it if you canāt over the phone. He said no thereās nothing I can do, now if thatās all you need Iāll let you go. BYE. EXCUSE ME??? He was very unprofessional. I couldnāt believe how he spoke to me. So I ended up calling a different location and the guy was very helpful trying to find a solution or a discount I could use. His tone was nice. I wonāt ever come to this location again. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I've been ordering from this Domino's for the past 8 years.
Now, the pasta barely filled the bowl, fork for depth (it was touching the base of the bowl). Regular 2-topping pizza had sparse toppings. It hasn't always been this way: the pasta used to fill the bowl and stick to the lid, and the pizza didn't skimp. I'm not getting food from Domino's anymore....
I'm still leaving it, at most, 2-stars for the food because it is always cooked well.
Sevice is 2-stars because Domino's FAFO with me.
Atmosphere is š. It's a pizza place.
