The guy that took our order was nice and he actually made a little conversation which was nice, the food is pretty good, I’d say a little above average burger but they have really good fries and a pretty good milkshake. My mom said the chili cheese fries were a solid 9/10.

I am in love with Freddy's!! Please consider opening some in Louisiana please??? NW Louisiana to be exact. They will do awesome at the right location! But otherwise will eat up here as often as I can!!

The food was good and fast. I think it's expensive for fast food but everyone was filled.
The bathroom toilet didn't flush properly, only 1 soap dispenser worked, and no towels.

Food and customer service are always great, but when dining in, the bathrooms need some more attention. Last I was there, the soap on both dispensers had run out.

This is the first time trying Freddy’s after seeing a couple of other spots pop up in other cities. The burgers where above average. I would take this burger over a Culver’s burger. The fries are probably the worst fries you can have though. They are tiny and mine barely had salt. Overall it was an ok meal. I would say Freddy’s is trying to be the Midwest version of in-n-out but it falls short.

Real burger places don't use shredded cheese either. Tf is wrong with this place and the complacent employee?
