Staff was friendly and listened to changes we asked for with our subs. One of the staff was singing along to a few of the songs in the background music. (Wasn't expecting the bonus of live entertainment with our meal!) Restaurant was clean and well-lit.
Parking: Great location and easy access. Came here based on a recommendation from a friend. Would recommend to others. Plan on stopping in for lunch in the weeks to come when I am in Savage for business.

Should focus on door dash orders before others. Dashers aren't getting paid to wait. Waited 20mins with no greet or help. 10+ orders went by without focus on the dashers order. What a waste of time and money. Do better

Great food, great employees, it’s really mind blowing the level of customer service and care coming out of these places that would be considered more fast food, than going to a restaurant. The people that work here are all excellent and make me want to come back. Maybe jersey mikes can partner with some of these restaurants and teach them how to give good food and service.
