Me and 2 coworkers ordered our lunches early in the morning and put it in to be delivered between 11:30-11:45am for our 12pm lunch breaks. We did not receive our order until after 2pm. Our lunches had come and gone and we no longer had time to eat. Called twice and both times they lied saying it was on the way. Finally called and asked for a refund and it took a lot of back and forth. Very terrible customer service.

First time they asked name when I ordered, total waste of my time, they don't call it when my order comes up, Starbucks lost my business when they started the name thing, they lost my business and now Jimmy Johns did too.

We ordered a Giant #1 (Pepe) and it was the saddest sandwich we e gotten from a Jimmy John’s. I’ll let the photo speak for its self but it’s a fraction of the meat we get from the Shakopee store.

Never buying from this specific store again. Jimmy John’s is tasty but $17 for this sandwich is insulting.

The worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to! Hands down. I’ve gotten countless sandwiches terribly made if I don’t tip when ordering, and now the manager himself just pulled it on me. It’s obviously a top down issue. Jersey Mike’s will be getting all my business going forward. Steer clear of this place.

I don't know if it is just this Jimmy Johns or all of them, but they have gone way downhill. We have ordered here a few times due to convenience with delivery, but the bad experiences have now outweighed that benefit. Extremely slow, orders are rarely accurate, and employees can't do anything to make you whole. The most recent order we had took 2 hours to get to us (so much for freaky fast), and it was soggy and old when we got it.

One time, we ordered on the app, and they called us saying they didn't have what we ordered and refused to refund! The best they said they could do was give us a credit on the account that wasn't actually linked to our app in any way, so we would have to call in to use it.

A few times, we didn't get what we ordered and got the same answer, no refunds, just a useless credit.

All in all, it's not great. You can do better JJ, we are going to go to Jersey Mike's now for subs. Subs are better and cheaper, and the service is better.

Trust the reviews, DON"T go here. Walked in and everyone was on their phone and talking about how slow it is and who should go home. I was hungry, so a quick grab. REGRETTING! Sandwich was incorrect, now I remember why I take a few extra minutes to go to Jersey Mike's. This location needs to be re-staffed or shut down. Don't send me a link that no one can fill out per the previous reviews. I won't be back!

My delivery driver went by the name Chuck. All around good guy, reassured my sandwich choice as well as going above and beyond in his delivery service. Make him the face of jimmy johns, he’s the only person I ever want to receive a sandwich from.

Stopped by last evening at 8:40 pm, doors were open. Walked up to counter and a gentleman came up and said sorry we are all out of bread for the sandwiches.

The sandwiches no longer come with tomatoes, just lettuce and mayo only. pickle had been previously frozen and was mushy. Three meals for almost $40 and food was terrible. Jimmy John's sure has gone downhill. All this and the the customer is prompted for a tip and expected to give one for in shop orders. If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible customer service, I will not be ordering from them again!!! I am still waiting on my delivery that was placed 1.5 hrs ago! I called 30 mins ago and they said he was out for delivery. Just called back now and the employee picked up the phone said “we are backed up call back in 30 mins” then hung up the phone! Called back again only to find out my sandwich never left the store!!
Rick the manager didn’t seem to care when I complained.
