Ordered my sandwich as I was waiting for it to be made there was a fly that was flying around the sandwich making area. Got my sandwich and left. When I got home I open my sandwich and the bread was like eating a giant crouton! You bit into it and it just crumbled. I should have looked at this store’s reviews before ordering as my experience was just as bad with dried out bread.

This has got to be the slowest Jimmy Johns location I have ever been to. Its like they dont even try to work with any type of speed. They just casually making sandwiches as if they are at home while line is steady getting longer and longer.

Absolutely pathetic !!!! The tuna sandwich was delivered with small dry hard bread and very sloppy and overstuffed with tuna. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at the store, but apparently nobody is listening. It appears as if they wanted to get rid of the old bread at the end of the day. This is unacceptable. It needs to be corrected and addressed permanently.

Absolutely disgusted. I had my order delivered and they sent me rancid pasta salad. I almost lost my stomach. Terrified to eat the sandwich they sent me since they seem to have food safety and quality issues. On top of that, look at the ingredients, am I really paying for these toppings and getting this? Will never be going back to Jimmy John's, and don't go to this location unless you enjoy risking your health. Food poisoning much?

We've been to this Jimmy John's on several occasions and we have had mixed feelings about this location. Mostly negative after many visits. Today was quite different. We arrived around 7pm, served by the manager, Leslie, attending the cash register, and sandwiches were made by Braden. The sandwiches were prepared, just as we asked, and of great quality. Braden listen to our requests and provided great customer care and attention to detail when making our meals. Highly satisfied and a much improved visit for me and my family. Highly recommend this Jimmy John's for your sandwich needs. Great job Leslie and Braden.

I don't get the negative reviews. Standard JJ experience. Food is fast, it's made to standard, never got more or less than anything I ever asked (I usually order online). The employees are polite but not the most social or accommodating but that's granted for a bunch of teens. Ordered online here over 50 times over last 4 years and never had an issue once with food.
Me and 2 coworkers ordered our lunches early in the morning and put it in to be delivered between 11:30-11:45am for our 12pm lunch breaks. We did not receive our order until after 2pm. Our lunches had come and gone and we no longer had time to eat. Called twice and both times they lied saying it was on the way. Finally called and asked for a refund and it took a lot of back and forth. Very terrible customer service.

We ordered a Giant #1 (Pepe) and it was the saddest sandwich we e gotten from a Jimmy John’s. I’ll let the photo speak for its self but it’s a fraction of the meat we get from the Shakopee store.
Never buying from this specific store again. Jimmy John’s is tasty but $17 for this sandwich is insulting.

The worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to! Hands down. I’ve gotten countless sandwiches terribly made if I don’t tip when ordering, and now the manager himself just pulled it on me. It’s obviously a top down issue. Jersey Mike’s will be getting all my business going forward. Steer clear of this place.
