The only complaint I really have is yall close to early. Yall are always on point with delivery but why close 4 hours earlier then all the other stores around this area?

Great customer service especially on the night shifts when the manager named sam is working. The way he smiled and looked at us when we walked in was absolutely satisfying. Definitely rate this a 5/5 they conquered every question we had with such knowledge and are the best fast food restaurant in Savage, MN. I would recommend going or ordering delivery at least 5 times a week. Absolutely excellent.

They must have changed their menu because I ordered my usual recently and found it drowning in mayo. I threw it away without taking a bite. If I wanted mayo, I'd go to Erbert and Gerberts. Hint: I hate mayo and E&G is the worst. Unfortunate to see JJ's go down the same path.

Drive Through - Careless handling of order. Drink cup lid broken and leaking and not secured on cup. Both drinks messy and leaking/spilling while being handed into our car. Order incorrectly charged. 16 inch sandwich made incorrectly in several ways.
We had a super good experience ordering delivery from this location tonight, freaky fast food and all that good stuff AND he's a dog lover. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
