Kyoto was a great experience. The staff were friendly and non judgmental. All of the food was delicious and made fresh. They had a decent amount of selections for the all you can eat. The restaurant was clean and nice looking. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend a try.

Returned to this location after an over-year-long break, hoping beyond hope that this time I would be able to leave with a positive experience from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I was left dissatisfied with the quality of the food for the price and disappointed with the service provided by the wait staff. Every time I have attempted to create a positive memory with this restaurant, I am increasingly let down by how low the standards are allowed to slip. After this last experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend it to others. There are a number of other local eateries in the area that would offer you much better quality, value, and service for your money.

We have been going here since it opened in Savage. We spent many years in Japan and enjoy the food. This was our go to for special events, birthday, anniversary etc. Unfortunately the last 3 times we have gone here the food has been subpar to say the least. The service has gone downhill also. The last time we when we were served cold shrimp tempura. The server made mistakes every time we ordered a round. We had to turn sushi away as the smell of the fish was a dead giveaway not to eat it. We loved going here but after 3 really bad trips. The product really started going down about 2 years ago and continues. At 32.00 ea for all you can eat you expect more. Sadly we will not be returning to what used to be our favorite restaurant.

We like this sushi buffet with fresh - hot foods serviced, you won’t be disappointed with your orders, I love their shrimp/squid tempura. Good service as well, foods come fast. We have been eaten this location for years.

Food was ok! Server slammed down our check after we paid because we didn’t add tip with card. She threw a fit and banged some plates and then starred me down not knowing we tip with cash. She was extremely overreactive. Left 15$ on table. I’ll never go back

There’s one server lady she is very rude I order some hot tea when they serve the tea she gave me a tea they been use many times no more flavor and when I show to her instead apologize she start complain and she want us to believe her that is new .. I said if it’s new I wouldn’t complain she gave us cold attitude..

Servers demanding a bigger tip, yet service was terrible. No menus but asking for what we want with an attitude. Getting our order wrong and they took that food that was waiting on our table for 10 minutes and we told them it wasn’t our food and they took that same food to a different table. Everyone seemed like they were irritated to be working.
Was not impressed with this place. To start, our server was very rude. As soon as we sat down, she seemed irritated to be working. The group I was with was family…we are all very laid back and friendly. There was no need for her behavior. The hibachi food (chicken & fried rice) was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The rice AND chicken was burnt, dry, and soaked in salty soy sauce. I only rated the food above 1 star because the potstickers were very good! Overall, would recommend Osaka or Misono over this place!
